Hi All
What happens when a covey of Rodders from all over the Mid-South show up at the same place at the same time? Instant car show. It all started when the Shelby County Street Rod Club decided to cruise from Memphis, Tennessee to Jonesboro, Arkansas for lunch at one of the area’s better known barbecue restaurants. After stuffing themselves they drove over to Darwin’s Hot Rod Shop to see what was happening and to hook up with Razorback Rodders from as far away as Blytheville. Not a large group by car show standards but a good gathering of traditional rods and a couple of later year offerings too. The sharp cars also drew in a number of passers by. It was a laid back day for everyone. Good food and new friends. And there will be more of the same when the Arkansans roll into Memphis later in the year. So enjoy..... Steve!!!
