My former dry lakes �32 Roadster which was at the �Granddaddy of them all� in San Mateo last year for its debut. I brought it to Pomona in 2004 for a sort of homecoming, since if was from Southern California. In between the two Grand National Shows it has garnered awards at The Oakland Rod and Custom Show, the Amelia Island Concours, the Concours on Rodeo at Beverly Hills after LA Roadster Show, the Pebble Beach Concours de Elegance, the TyRods Reunion, the AACA Eastern National meet at Hershey. I was featured in Mark Morton�s Hop Up. It was on the cover of The Rodder�s Journal #22 (cover A which has sold out) and was featured as the Milestone car in Street Rodder Jan 2004 and appeared in the Feb 2004 issue of Street Rodder in their Pebble Beach coverage. It was on the cover of the French publication �Rolls and Pleats�. I have been invited to be the Preservation Car at the Detroit Autorama at COBO Hall in late Feb 2004. I hope to be the first �historic hot rod� to compete in the Colorado Grand in September too.
