Hi again, The reason for our trip to Adelaide was to attend the 29th Chevrolet Festival. The festival goes to a different state each year with this year being South Australias turn. It was a good event except for the weather which was cold, wet and windy, but the event still happened and everybody had a great time. On  Friday we were supposed to go to the GM Holden plant for a tour and lunch, but this couldnt happen because they are releasing a new car soon and didnt want us to see it, they are no fun.  Instead we went to the National Motor Museum at Birdwood and it was great, lots of cars and the host club put lunch on for us all.  On Saturday we went on an observation run up through the Barossa Valley where most of the wine in Australia is made and the country side is beautiful and ended up at Mallala race track to do some laps in the Chevs. It looked great all those old Chevys doing some laps around the track. Sunday was the show and shine with about 150 Chevs lined up at the Torrens Parade Grounds with everything from vintage to muscle cars and Corvettes.  Bruce and Janelle
