It is a big pleasure for me to send you some news about the First Brazilian National Hot Rod Show! The show took place in a very nice city near S�o Paulo. The city is called �guas de Lind�ia. It is a small town (30,000 people). The Show started on Thursday, September 08 until Saturday the 11th. This was the 1st nacional show, with rodders from many states (Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paran�, S�o PAulo, Minas Gerais, Distrito Federal, etc...) According to our data, there were around 120 Hot Rods (street rods, custom rods, pick ups). During the event, we had meetings with people from each state to discuss the foundation of the ANHR (National Hot Rod Association). As you probably know, here in Brazil, the Hot Rods are not recognized and are out off the transit code. Nowadays the biggest challenge for us is to make some rules (in the transit code), specific to Hot Rod's (street rods , Custom rods, etc...) Well, the event was a really big success, as I told before with 120 very nice cars and pick ups.
