"Cruisin For A Cure" gave the Austin hot rodders a chance to show off their car and get tested for prostate problems. This show took place this past weekend at a local entertainment venue, "La Zona Rosa". There was live music all day and good food and drinks too. Since most of us rodders are in the age group where prostate awareness is a big thing, most everyone went around with the "Mark Of Courage", a small Band Aid showing that a blood test had been done for prostate screening. While the turnout was smaller than hoped for, it was the first time for this show, so hopefully everyone will get the message next year.
