The 18th Annual Greater Tennessee Valley Antique Car and Harley Davidson Show, live and in living color, brought to you by the good people at the Delphi-Saginaw Plant in Decatur, Alabama. Like I've said before, this is THE South's best kept secret! This is not a show for trophy chasers. None are given out. Then why bother you may ask. How about over 20,000 in cash and door prizes. Not enough? How about a free set of chrome wheels from Minor Tires of Decatur? Not one but two complete 350 chevy crate engines or the grand prize: A 1930 Nash four door sedan. This car is a complete restoration from the ground up. New paint, new interior, flat head 6, 3-speed transmission, ready for show or excellent driver. With close to 900 pre-75 cars and trucks this is a huge show. The key word to remember is HOT! It is extremely hot every year so be ready to beat the heat. We saw some creative rodders who brought mini generators and plugged in fans to keep they're canopy covered areas cool and needless to say they made many new friends! Don't put this show on you're calendar.....we need to keep it a secret!!!!! just kidding! Hope to see you there next year.
