The Ventura Highwaymen traveled to Famoso Raceway near Bakersfield, Ca. for the annual "March Meet" . Put on by the GoodGuys this is one of the biggest Nostalgia Drags around. This is a 3 day event and these pictures were taken on Sat. March 12, 2005. This years event was jammed packed with racers and show and shine cars. The smells of fuel, the sounds of speed were great to behold after a long winter. Sam Flowers
