Nice to have Goodguys back in Sonoma! The 17^th Annual Nitro Nationals Nostalgia Drags were held at Infineon Raceway. Hoping the weather would hold, I took Sunday off from work and drove the roadster down to Sonoma. It was cold and overcast, but I bundled-up and hit the road early. It was a great turn out, considering the threatening skies. A few raindrops hit the track surface, but during Top Fuel competition, oil was dumped more than once on the Infineon track. When the light was going green, it was definitely guardrail to guardrail excitement; with fire in between! �Hot Rod Hero� and retired Top Fuel Pilot Frank Bradley, was on hand signing autographs, as was legendary car builder and painter Dick Bertolucci from Sacramento. I had a wonderful time and I even baptized my roadster on the way home. There were lots of beautiful Hot Rods on the track; and off. Hope you enjoy them!
