Me and Merc Convert 33

The Annual Rockdale, Texas Car Show was a dandy get together this year. While the number of entrants was down slightly, the quality of the cars that did enter more than made up for any decline. Last year the big club turnout was the Donut Gang of Austin. This year it was the Thunderbolts from Taylor. They may be a little radical for the majority of hot rodders that frequent the "car show circuit", but their enthusiasm and originality cannot be denied. They also represent the "younger" generation returning to our ranks. This event is definitely a family affair with something for everyone.....Lawn tractor pulls, Bassett Hound dog show, mechanical bull rides, fine crafts exhibit, and a Saturday morning parade through town."
