Vics Garage
Torrance, Ca
April 29, 2007
Pictures from Thadd McNamara

This was the rev’vedup4kids show April 29 at Edelbrock’s main plant. There were close to 400 cars entered, including 72 owned by Dave Parker who founded Pelican Products. Nick Collona had 7 or 8 of his collection of Ferraris, Jaguars, etc there. Most of Nick’s cars would bring at least high 6 figure prices. There were hot rods, customs, a group of “Overhaulin’” cars, some Rat Rods, a few foreign collectors cars and the Freight Train Top Gas car that they fired up a few times. The cars were displayed in the streets and parking lots surrounding Edelbrock’s facility.

The show included access to Vic’s Museum which showcases a number of his personal cars. There was a big BBQ and Beer garden behind the building. There were 20 “Best of Show” awards given, and one Large “Vic’s Pick” award.

Vic gave a thank you speech and stated that he plans to double the size of the event for next year. This is a fun show with a nice cross section of cars in attendance. Thadd McNamara
