Took the wife to Disneyland last weekend, but had to make a pit stop at the National Hot Rod Museum. Not only did we get to see famous Dragsters, Bonneville cars and Funny Cars, but The Barris display had some historically significant Customs as well. This was my first trip to the museum, and I was in awe at what they had on display. My favorite was the Greer Black Prudhomme Dragster, Mickey Thompson’s Challenger 1, the City of Industry Kurtis Race Car and the first Top Eliminator trophy of Calvin Rice! We were there for about two and a half hours. If you are ever near Pomona California, you have to check it out. Enjoy the pictures. Brian Basquez, Sacramento, Ca.
