The Hotrod Magazine Power Tour 2007 came off of I-80 down Illinois Route 89 through the small town of Spring Valley which opened its door to it, from the police to the bank, which had a Roadster in front and served free food & drinks to the Power Tour people as well as the spectators. The weather started out cloudy with some sun and a heavy rain storm at about noon. Then the sun came back out strong and it got warm. The police kept traffic moving well for the heavy amount. Chairs and local rods lined the route cheering them on. Thank you to the bank and the city of Spring Valley for the great hospitality, and to Charles T & his train for the local lay out and help!
