On this 5th day of may, I went to the Show and Go car event in Riverside Ca. The 1,000 event registration limit was reached by 7 am Saturday morning, and all other cars had to be turned away.
They had a police escort sirens blasting, escorting the parade thru the city. There was (2) flame throwing cars to add to the excitement. The event started on Friday evening, continuing thru Sunday where they had Drag Races at Lake Perris, Ca.
A good time was had by all. This event has been getting better every year. Even the Mayor joined in for a good time. Al Williams
