On Thursday (of Hot August Nights), we took a break and met up with 15 or so cars from Northern California that were traveling Highway 50 to Wendover, Utah for the SCTA’s Speedweek Trials at the Bonneville Salt Flats. We traveled out as far as Fallon, Nevada with the group and had a late lunch with them. It was a real treat to motor along with some old race cars and their drivers. |
