Ca. Hot Rod Reunion was held this weekend (Oct. 16-18) at famous Famoso Raceway just north of Bakersfield, Ca.. This meet and the March Meet are my two favorite drag race meets both at Famoso. Famoso is an old strip and retains the flavor of drag racing of the past. As usual the place was packed with

race cars, vendors, big swap meet, people and street rods. The weather was warm and the racing hot, nostalgia racing at it's best. Sam Flowers
