What do you do on a beautiful October day? Climb in the car and go for a garage tour! That’s what a couple dozen avid enthusiasts did here in Whatcom County where a great number of cool collections reside. The word “wow” was used a lot during the day. Many of us were seeing stuff that our neighbors were hoarding for the first time!

What great fun it was to learn the history of some very unusual vehicles that were in the middle of a restoration and see projects

that were going to be on the road in the future. How many 1937 Diamond T pickups have you encountered? How about 1935 Ford logging trucks restored to perfection? Straight axle Corvettes built to the standards of the sixties?

We humbly thank all the folks who opened their shop doors and allow us to wander freely through their “stuff”! It was a blast! And, Thanks Joe for putting it all together!
