The famed Bay Area Roadster Club kicked off their fifty year anniversary by being invited to display at the 60th Annual Grand National Roadster show, with the complete membership displaying their club roadsters. BAR is known as a driving roadster club, with members racking up thousands of miles each year, in fact, most of the roadsters show 80,000-180,000 miles on the clock—that’s drivin’! But, what you might possibly not know is that there are several AMBR winners in the club, both as owners and builders—Andy Brizio, Dennis Varni, Steve Moal, Roy Brizio and Tom Walsh to name a few; I’m sure that many others in the club have had a hand in this top award at one time or another…any one of the club cars can, and does win awards at shows and runs regularly…
