On June 6th, Paulette and I got a late start due to a family reunion. About midday we arrived in the small country town of LaFayette, Kentucky. They had lots of Classic Cars and Tractors to look at. There were loads of vendors and craft-makers on hand. There was live music, Ice-cream, B.B.Q. Porkchops and chickens. They had a small JAIL you could put a friend in for $1.50 and a real Constable would pick them up and take them off to jail, HANDCUFFS and all

This town has a lot of History(the bank was supposed to have been visited by Baby Face Nelson )and is a good place to spend a laid back country afternoon. Enjoy the pictures and make next years Festival!!---Dale Satterlee--Roving Reporter--Western Kentucky
