The 2009 Razz and Shine Car Show was sponsored by OldRide.com and Windemere Real Estate in Lynden WA. This annual event is held on Main St., and is a great addition to the Lynden Raspberry Festival that was in full swing. Whatcom County is one of the largest producers of raspberries in the USA and as the season gets into full production, the celebration begins.
Lynden has a huge automotive presence, and on this day, the street fills with cars and trucks seldom seen anywhere else. This year there were 150 plus vehicles shown. Registration was free and the raffle prizes drawn for were great. We look forward to next year’s event and another bumper crop of Lynden fruit and hospitality.
