Welcome again to Somernites Cruise in Downtown Somerset, Kentucky. Our Cruise for May '09 is now history! The weather was beautiful (but hot) and was a great day for showing off your favorite ride.

The weekend started off Friday evening (6:00 till 10:00) with the Wal-Mart Block Party. The location was moved from the Wal-Mart parking lot to the larger parking lot at the Rural Development Center on US 27. The larger space was greatly needed as the other had been outgrown. 

Next event was Saturday morning breakfast at the old Grand Central lot in preparation for a fun run to London Drag Strip.

The big event started at 2:00 o'clock when the entrance gates were opened to Beautiful Downtown Somerset. The featured area this month was set aside for "Mopar's of any description. There were over 80 entrants to this area. I believe this is the most "Mopars" I have ever seen together in Somerset.
