Rods. The day was certainly made for all kinds and of rods, customs, old racers and trucks. It was sunny and warm, and just the kind of day to enjoy the beautiful display of colors and ideas. It was extra sunny, almost not good for taking photos, but as you can see, I am a die-hard when it comes to both cars and cameras. It was a full house, good food, great ice cream, and they gave trophies to the top 30 cars, trucks, and what have you. There was also a swap meet area, but I never made it over there. Ron Horrell from the Thunder Rods won a trophy. He owns the white 1935 Ford pick-up truck. A great start to a great year of fun. Audrey Fitting
