On Thursday 8/13/09 the Placers Car Club put on our once a month super cruise for make a wish of Northwest Ohio, and once again the weather was nice and the cruisers came out in support of the placers and make a wish. We have already collected enough cash for one child’s wish, and we are now working on enough cash from our loyal cruisers to grant the second wish which will be presented to the lucky kids who get chosen at our club Christmas party in December. I want to thank the cruisers from the

wanders car club who made the trip down to Toledo from down river area of Detroit Michigan in support of our cruise for the kids. Thanks Rick and the guys and gals of the Wanders Car Club, always great having you all. We were in the presence of the great Nascar drivers KYLE BUSCH and DAVID RAGAN who were testing and tuning their cars, Thursday before our cruise started, for the Friday night race at Toledo Speedway and before their races at Michigan International Speedway Saturday and Sunday.
