Wayne Cherry VSR Concept Sports Rod

  This GM concept car was in the AMBR contenders area and did win the Al Slonaker Memorial Award. This is a fantastic piece of work by Wayne Cherry, who was a head design engineer for GM. He retired in 2004 and went on to build this great looking car as a concept for GM.  We don’t know if it met the criteria for an AMBR contender .... but we wanted to include it in our coverage since it was such an amazing car.
