 Carlise Events 2010 All Truck Nationals

For the second time this summer, I made the 5 hour trip down to Carlisle Pa. This time to go to, Carlisle Events' All Truck Nationals 2010. I arrived early and stayed Late on Saturday.
First I went through the Rat Rod building, then on to the Swap meet and Vendor area. After that, the Sun was high enough to take pictures of Trucks that struck my interest.... And many did! There were Old trucks, New trucks, Lifted trucks and Slammed trucks. There were Big Trucks and Small trucks, painted trucks and primered trucks. Vietnam era Gun Trucks and Tractor Trailers.
The Susquehanna Valley Chapter of the American Truck Historical Society had some old Road tractors on display at the Show also. The only trucks I didn't get to see were the Rock Crawlers. They were there, but everytime they were crawling, I was at the other end of the fairgrounds somewhere. The Fairgrounds from one end to the other was full of trucks.
The Virginia Giant Monster Truck and Eradicator were both there and put on a nice show for the crowd. Virginia Giant's Ride Truck was giving rides all weekend. The Fire-breathing, car-eating, three-story tall MEGASAURUS destroyed a few cars before he was done to the crowds delight. There was a High and Low contest and a Miss All Truck Nationals contest along with a Burnout contest, Frame Dragging Competition, and Truck pulling too. This event is definitely your One Stop Truck Event that has everything from A to Z in the Truck World. I'll definitely be back next year because I'm a Truck Guy and this is the place to be for a guy like me!
