Fox Hunt Drags

Well, The flyer said 36th year, The shirts said 41st year. It does not matter.
The now long gone Fremont Drag Strip started having a Free Ladies admission race a long time ago called "Famous Fox Hunt". Fremont is gone, but Sacramento Drag Strip has kept the event going. Everyone is on the tower, or pit side of the track. The spectator side was empty, Dragsters, Altereds, Gassers, Bikes, 7 second door slammers, Top Sportsman and four Jets put on a great program. For the grand finale a jet dragster did a jet  burndown on two cars. A V W truck and a Cad behind it were burned down by the jet’s flames. The joke was that the Cad belonged to someone who parked in the wrong place, and could not be found. The announcer had said a couple of times "Will the owner of a red Cad please move your car, if you don't it will be moved by us."
