Going to this years 19th Annual National SHO Owners Convention Car Show brought back a number of memories, both good and bad. I owned a Ford SHO from 1993 to 2005 and it was the cover car on one issue of the clubs magazine. Initially manufactured in 1989 and acclaimed to be Ford’s answer to the BMW, each generation of the car had a growing number of successes and failings, until 1999 marked it’s last year of production. The good news for all the remaining SHO fans is that Ford is again manufacturing that model, although quite different from the Yamaha engine version that powered the original, it has been updated in it’s 11 year market absence to a more modern and more luxurious car. As I walked among the cars, I was hoping to see my old car but it was not to be. Enjoy the Pics! Bob Steinhaus
