Greeting Nostalgia Funny Car Fans.. Here are a few pics from the PEP BOYS SUPER FUNNY CAR NITRO SHOW DOWN. It was a nite to remember as over 30 funny cars were on hand for this First Time event. Everything from Nitro , Alky, Injected and the best restored FC in the country were on the grounds of Atco Dragway. On hand as Grand Marshals were ‘Jungle Clare’ Sanders and ‘240 Gordie ‘ Bonin to make this a spectacular event.
The weather was Hot in the high 80’s but did not stop the fans who paid $ 25.00 a Carload ..just like the old days. During the day we were treated to the best of the Nostalgia Northeast Super Stockers making lap after lap before the evening show. Special tanks to Eddie of Eureka Signs for the awesome job on the Jungle Jim Showmanship Award.
