Old's Cool Car Cruise is run by the Combined Torana Car Club of WA inc. www.torrietorque.com. It’s a Cruise, come navigation, come show with a BBQ and prizes. After meeting at a designated starting point everyone is given a set of route instructions with observation questions along the way. They then get checked in at the other end where the cars go on show and participants tuck into some much needed nourishment, aka the sausage sizzle, whilst they patiently await the announcements as to who has won. This year was very tight with a draw for 1st & 2nd, so we had to resort to mileage/time to see who had got through without doubling back. After the winners received their trophies there was a raffle with many prizes, thanks to our very supportive sponsors. A great success with 112 cars attending this year. I'll point out some of the cars which may be foreign to our overseas readers. Cheers, Seth
