Hi Everybody!

We did it! After 34 races at 11 different tracks in both open wheel racecars and stockcars, we earned one feature win, one pole, 9 top three finishes, 19 top five finishes and 30 top ten finishes. With the support of many wonderful people, I became the first female in history to win two USAC Ford Focus Midget championships – Western Pavement and Southern California Pavement – in the same season. It has been an incredible journey, and I’ll cherish the memories and friendships forever.

I’m so grateful for all the good that has unfolded in my life and would like to thank everyone who supported my journey in 2011. My coach, Ron Sutton, is at the top of my list. He saw potential in me at age 14 and has been both patient and encouraging for three years. Ron is teaching me to be a technical driver who accurately provides feedback to a crew. Equally important, he is my role model for behaving in a professional manner at all times. My parents are next on the list. I’m eternally grateful to my dad for the many hours he put into crewing two cars and my mom for her calming presence at every race. Thank you to Tim Huddleston and Joe Anderson of High Point Racing for making it possible to race a Limited Late Model. Russell Hunt was also an instrumental part of a dedicated crew who invested themselves in my success. Total Woman Gym and Day Spa generously provided me a place to work on my core fitness. Dick Dixon, publisher of Hotrodpartsguide.com, encouraged me to join SEMA and become a businesswoman. He was also instrumental in

introducing me to people who share a passion for motorsports. I appreciate Marv Keller and Albert Wong for taking pictures at races and allowing me to use them in my newsletters. Finally, I want to thank all of my supporters who sent words of encouragement throughout the season.

What’s next for Jessica Clark Racing? As of now, I can say that I’m busy working out the details for 2012. I’m ready to move up in horsepower. I spent a week at the SEMA show in Las Vegas and met many hard-working people devoted to the automotive industry. It ignited my passion for racing even more. I just returned from the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) show in Florida and am excited to market businesses through motorsports. While in Florida, I attended a social networking seminar, which inspired me to create my own blog. It’s called “Driven” and can be found at
www.JessicaClarkRacing.blogspot.com.

In closing, I want to wish everyone much happiness during the holiday season. I’ll be back with you in 2012 for a whole new adventure!
