Cat Meredith and Pro Street Tim
Were on the Case for This One ...

The Dream Cruise in Detroit on Aug 18 and 19th was a huge success according to 104.3 FM. They're the Oldies station that broadcasts the Cruise Live every hour that the cruise goes on !  They had airtime personalities stationed all over the 8-plus Mile Cruise on Woodward Avenue and interviewed many of the car owners as they stopped in traffic How Cool !

The weather was cool but perfect for cruising with the top up or down.  It took about three hours to complete 1 lap.  A guy could get thirsty doin all that cruisin.. Hey No Problem Murrays Auto Store had cold bottled wataer at No Charge passing it out to cruisers as they went by.  After starting to cruise at about 10:30 am Pro Street Tim, Paul and myself were getting a little hungry but trying to find a place to prk or to go through a drive thru. Good luck !  As we stopped in traffic a lady from BK asked us if we needed anything.in 30 seconds we had three Hot Whoppers from the King ! !  Cool Huh

Cruise Cars were awesome.Factory displays. Awesome This is a cruise to mark down to attend next year FER SURE !   For you guys that like PT Cruisers. There were hundreds of them !   Stock, Flamed, Graphics, Pinstriped  and the RUMORED Woody that they will release next year ..  We THINK THAT THIS IS THE FIRST PLACE YOU'LL SEE THE " PT Cruiser Woody" !  We just happened to cruise by when the Dodge boys were unloading it to make room for some other cars  Good Timing ! It was Dark and we weren't supposed to take pictures. But they were busy ~ sooo.

Sort of hard to see here but this is a Really Cool Banner of a '63 Corvette hanging on the side of a building next to the GM Display

Did Ya Think I was trying to get a picture of the Dream Cruise Official T- Shirt ???
