The big block has further been upgraded with performance components like a Holley double-pumper four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and a nice set of headers feeding the dual exhaust. It's supported by the right pieces, including an MSD ignition, Accel distributor, an oversized radiator, oil cooler, and steel braided lines. The TH400 three-speed automatic transmission is a stout unit built with a good 2500 stall. This feeds a Ford 9-inch limited-slip rear end. As you look underneath, you'll also see the rear suspension has been upgraded to ladder bars with a diagonal link and adjustable coilovers. And while this has the power package setup for a quarter-mile king, there's more going on here. It feels more versatile as an all-around good driver with power steering and four-wheel power disc brakes.
