This 1989 Chevrolet K1500 4x4 is an all-around attractive setup with a bright style, a beefy stance, handy features, an overdrive transmission, and a fuel-injected V8.
This Chevy has a distinct look. The burgundy gives you a touch of a deeper tone, and the hint of metallic gives it added flair. It's nothing too fancy to be on a useful truck, but it does give it an added attraction. Of course, there's just something always attractive about a tall 4x4 short bed with a nice set of dual exhaust tips. And with this is a true classic, it's also truly functional. That's why you have the liner paint in the bed and the proper trailer hitch on the rear.
The interior is clean and comfortable, which makes it a nice place to spend some time. It has good features like cold-blowing air conditioning, a recovered front seat, a tilt steering column, cruise control, and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo. And this is a floor shift control for the transfer case, which is always desirable for those who plan to use this as a useful 4x4.
The engine bay has the tidy look of a good powerhouse. In fact, we were told the 5.7-liter V8 was given a more recent rebuild (it may need to have a bit of a shakedown to get it fully settled.) While it's unknown if the odometer represents the full actual mileage, it seems moot if the truck has fresher investments in major components. Overall, it's all about being the truck you want to drive. This was the first generation of Chevy pickups to give you a 4x4 that also had an independent front suspension. That means you still get the go-anywhere prowess, but when you're just riding in the city, this is much more comfortable than other classic 4x4s. There's also power steering, power brakes, front discs, and a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive to make this a great pickup for travels near or far.
This truck is distinct, capable, fun, and useful. It makes for a modern classic with a ton of appeal. Call now!
