This is the ultimate '32 Roadster.
ENGINE: 540 HP SBC w/Milodon aluminum block and Brodix aluminum heads. Crane hydraulic roller cam, Crane rockers, steel crank, pink rods, forged pistons, B&M 250 Powercharger with dual Quick Fuel 650 carbs, MSD Billet Ignition, MSD 6A CDI, B&M Valve Covers, aluminum water pump, Powermaster Alternator, mini chrome starter, die cast aluminum pan, custom built Stainless headers w/1-3/4" primary tubes plus full stainless exhaust.
CHASSIS: Boxed '32 frame with P&J front crossmember, chassis by Magoo, entire front end is polished stainless steel except for chrome Bell tube 4" drop axle and chrome spring. Even the spindles are one piece forged stainless steel as well as all other front suspension components. • Drive train includes a B&M Holeshot converter, B&M polished aluminum TH-400 trans, and polished Halibrand quick change rear with Currie axles, Strange rear coilovers, JFZ disc brakes on all four corners, Aldan front shocks, Boyd very limited production true knock-off wheels (7x14 and 8x15) with Dunlop P195/60/R14 tires front and P225/70/R15 rear, Rock Valley gas tank. BODY: Gibbon Body with steel running boards and all aluminum custom 3-piece hood by Daryl Zip with hood sides by Jack Hagerman, Dan Fink stainless grill insert, Griffin aluminum radiator, Doc's Custom LED taillights in rear spreader bar.
INTERIOR: Full custom interior by Dan Fink. Black and Red leather with fabric inserts. In 2019 dollars this is a $22,500 interior. With black Nardi wheel with red stitching. B&M Street Stick Shifter in console. Billet Specialties tilt steering wheel anodized black to match interior theme. Lots of custom touches such as black chrome shifter components, black anodized pedals, etc. • Sound system includes Alpine head unit, subwoofer chamber built behind seats with two 10" subwoofers, four front speakers all powered by two Kenwood amplifiers and a CD changer in the trunk. •
PERFORMANCE - This roadster is that rare combination of smooth daily driver performance and tire roasting acceleration. An earlier version of a milder engine (452 hp compared to 540 now) produced an astounding 11.61 et at 120.16 mph in the quarter. Metal engraved time card as proof. Car is even faster now with 88 more HP.
OVERALL COMMENTS - This is really the ultimate in a '32 roadster. A great reliable driver yet has all the power you would ever need. All the components used in the building of this car are the best money can buy. No expense was spared. Originally built by Magoo's Street Rods, one of the premier street rod builders of its time. the car was rebuilt by Roy Brizio's Street Rods after an accident. Many, many upgrades were incorporated with the rebuild. Then in 2007 the car was totally reconditioned by Brizio, again with many upgrades at a total cost of $68,000.
