This 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham is a value-priced cool cruiser that's loaded with all the best features - including A/C. So if you want to turn some heads in a time capsule kind of cruiser, then this is the right one for you.

This Olds is instantly attractive. Up front, the grille looks like a waterfall as it flows from the top, and the bumper is even notched so that it looks like this cascades into a pool of chrome. And the trunk has some of the most confident/sharpest angles around. It's a terrific look that made them popular back in the day, but now it's hard to find too many examples that live up to your nostalgia like this one. The correct Light Yellow paint has a good gloss. The half-vinyl roof is a true sign of a first-class American classic, and it's finished in a harmonizing beige. There's also a matching pinstripe that loves to highlight the best lines of the car, including the sporty kick-up behind the rear window. And of course, there's plenty of brightwork everywhere with the bumpers, rockers, trim, wire wheel covers, and premium Olds hood ornament leading the way.

The interior continues the very vintage and very premium attitude. The best place to really recognize this is the pillow-top velour seats. It's vintage right down to details like the wood-like trim and courtesy lights that greet you when the door opens. This has the right premium driver's atmosphere with a tilt steering column, fold-down armrest, and your seat even power adjusts. The factory air conditioning is even still blowing nice and cold. There are some details that you may find you want to improve, but a car can only be original once, and so we are glad that you have the option of choosing what features you want to be updated. Plus, there are already the right investments you want for a true cruiser. The headliner is newer and looks fantastic, and your driving music has been upgraded to an AM/FM/CD stereo.

Under the hood is the 3.8-liter V6. These are hardy motors, and that's why Buick used them to add a turbo to make the Grand Nationals. But the aim on this one was all about preserving its smooth operation. The way this Olds fires up easily and runs effortlessly really signals a well-respected coupe. This coupe is all about being a great cruiser with the correct three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes with front discs, and Oldsmobile's legendary supple ride.
