      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/el_camino/1970/listing/250762</link>
<description>Prepare to be captivated by this breathtaking 1970 Chevrolet El Camino, a true head-turner that blends classic style with reliable performance! Offered for sale by Drager's International Classic Sales, a trusted classic car dealer in Burlington, Washington, this El Camino, boasting a potent 350 Chevy V8 engine and smooth automatic transmission, isn't just a car; it's a statement of timeless cool."

"Stock # DGT4734, VIN: 136800L114734. The eye-catching deep red exterior, perfectly complemented by the sleek black interior, creates a striking and visually appealing combination. The paint is absolutely flawless, a testament to the excellent repaint job performed sometime before 2011. Although the exact shop or date is unknown, the results speak for themselves; the finish is superb, rivaling factory quality. You'll be hard-pressed to find another example with a finish this stunning."

"The heart of this El Camino is its robust 350 Chevy V8 engine, rebuilt in 2013 with a new long block. The rebuild was performed by My Zip Tune in Mount Vernon, Washington. At the time of the rebuild, the odometer read 98,200 miles. Today, it shows just 100,315, meaning the rebuilt engine has only seen approximately 2,115 miles of use! This El Camino needs absolutely nothing mechanically! As a reputable classic car dealer, we stand behind this vehicle's condition. We have receipts available for the engine rebuild, front end rebuild, and other work performed, providing you with added confidence in your purchase."

"Equipped with power steering and power front disc brakes (with drums in the rear), this El Camino offers confident handling and stopping power. The gleaming chrome accents highlight the classic lines. The Rally wheels, wrapped in brand new BFGoodrich black wall tires, not only enhance the overall look but also provide excellent handling and a smooth ride. The interior is exceptionally well-appointed, showcasing a level of detail and care that is rarely seen."

"Step inside and be amazed by the excellent condition of the all-black interior. The setback's feature striking embroidery: 'THE Heartbeat OF AMERICA / 70 EL CAMINO', adding a unique and historically significant touch. The dash pad is also in very good condition, free from cracks or damage. Given the timing of the repaint, it's highly likely that the interior restoration was completed around the same time (before 2011). Every detail has been meticulously maintained, making the interior a true standout feature. Although this El Camino does not have air conditioning, it is equipped with an aftermarket Alpine radio. While the radio lights up, it currently has no speakers hooked to it."

"This El Camino has been meticulously cared for and is in excellent condition. We did not find any rust. The bed is protected with a rugged Rhino liner, offering durability and a distinctive look. With the exception of the radio, everything on this El Camino is original. There is a small dent on the left side of the rear bumper, but this minor imperfection only adds to its authentic, vintage character. Please note that while the previous owner may have cherished this El Camino, we have no records of it receiving any awards or being shown at car shows."

"This truck is a true time capsule, offering a unique and nostalgic experience. It is a worthwhile investment that will provide years of enjoyment. Whether you're a seasoned collector searching for a pristine example, or simply someone who appreciates classic American muscle, this El Camino is sure to exceed your expectations. Imagine the pride of ownership as you cruise in this head-turning classic, knowing you possess a truly exceptional and well-maintained piece of automotive history. <title>1970 Chevrolet El Camino</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/el_camino/1970/listing/238056</link>
<description>INTRODUCTION: Feeling hot, hot, hot? If not, this 454 powered El Camino SS will ignite your fire again. It received a smoking body off frame restoration with a real LS6 engine producing 450 horsepower; that's more than any other motor of the muscle car era! On top of that, the Muncie 4 speed manual trans will easily "light em up", leaving a mound of smoldering rubber on the line. Still not hot enough? Then the blistering Cranberry Red paint will capture the attention of onlookers like a child staring at a solar eclipse. All this for a price that won't burn up your 401K. Are you getting warm yet?

EXTERIOR: The bold, unapologetic Cranberry Red paint has a glass like finish, and yes, the stripes are painted on with correct dimensions, smooth to the touch too. Exceptionally straight when looking down the side of the body with nice fitting panels that have well above average gaps. It has the Cowl Induction hood with flapper that opens up when you hit the throttle. Looks like all of the chrome emblems, trim, and grille have been replaced. The vinyl top has been replaced along with all the weatherstrips and seals. The windshield is also new. It's rolling on a sexy set of SS wheels wrapped in reproduction Firestone Wide Oval tires that still have the nubs on the tread.

INTERIOR: This is incredible, it looks like basically everything has been replaced! The bucket seats with headrests have new vinyl outside and new stuffing inside. The dash pad, gauge bezel, headliner, deluxe steering wheel, door panels, arm rests, handles, levers, kick panels, and carpeting have all been done, appearing like new again. But it's more than just good looks with the Muncie 4 speed manual transmission sitting between the seats for your driving excitement. Showing only 128 miles on the odometer, it's just enough to get all the bugs worked out, now you get to have all the fun. It also has the optional gauges including the 6500 redline tachometer which is correct for an LS6. It also includes a functioning clock with amp, fuel, and temp gauges too. A retro stereo fits right in the factory hole. The glove box light and dome light even work.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This is a real deal 450hp LS6 engine with the very desirable 512 casting on the block. It also has the correct rectangular port heads, Winters foundry low-rise aluminum intake manifold, and solid lifter camshaft. Air is forced in the engine via functioning Cowl Induction and exits via cast iron exhaust manifold with all new hardware. It's equipped with power steering and also has power brakes with a new cadmium plated booster. The battery is properly secured plus the squirters and horns are hooked up. All the belts and hoses have been replaced. The underside of the steel hood, fenderwells, and firewall are all neatly painted satin black. The original cowl tag is still in place. It's freshly detailed and dialed in!

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The tailgate functions properly with nice paint inside the jamb and new coated steel cables/hardware. From there you will see all clean metal with a glossy Cranberry Red finish, just like the exterior.

UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame during restoration. The floors are all smooth clean metal painted satin black. It has a nicely refreshed F41 suspension which includes front and rear sway bars plus rear boxed control arms. All the steering components look like they have been rebuilt. The brakes have also been rebuilt and are disc up front, drum out back, with the e-brake hooked up. The reproduction dual exhaust system even has resonators and the tips are the correct polished cowbell style. The fuel system was replaced including the tank. When looking up at the engine, it's a clean Chevy Orange with a factory style starter. Stroking the gears of the Muncie M20 4 speed manual is going to be a blast. The original 12 bolt 3.31 posi rear end with code CRV indicates its an SS. It's freshly detailed and dialed in under here too!

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.

CONCLUSION: About 4,000 LS6 Chevelles were made, approximately 500 LS6 El Caminos were made making it a rarely seen vehicle even back in 1970. This car is guaranteed to give that warm fuzzy feeling every time you mash the gas pedal! You will definitely feel the burn after hours of fiery driving excitement!

Vehicles are displayed in a museum setting. Admission applies without an appointment and is refunded with purchase, including a one-year museum membership.

<description>A real deal matching number SS 396 El Camino. 1970 has become probably the most valuable and favorite year of the El Camino. This restored example is finished in Forest Green Metallic with White stripes per the trim tag and original build sheet that comes with the vehicle. The GM plant had a problem with the blocks from the factory and had to bore them, so all 396 engines that year actually became 402’s. Options on this one include the 350 Horsepower version along with power disc brakes, power steering, original working A/C with upgraded compressor and 134 freon conversion, functional cowl induction hood, dual exhaust with upgraded coated headers and Flow master mufflers for a deep and throaty big block sound, Turbo 400 automatic transmission and 12 Bolt Posi-Traction rear differential. The front and rear sway bars assist in responsive handling and the original 14 inch SS 5 spoke Rally wheels with raised white letter radials complete the muscle car look. The interior is finished in the correct Black Vinyl with bench seat, original SS Steering wheel, Factory AM/FM stereo, factory gauges with tachometer, a couple of added Stewart Warner under dash gauges for accurate engine vitals and original tinted glass. This rust free Los Angeles California built El Camino was sold new in South Gate California at Dana Chevrolet and is ready for another 55 years of cruising!</description>
