      <title>1955 Chevrolet Two-Ten Series</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1955/listing/251828</link>
<description>This isn't your average Tri-Five-this is a blacked-out, venomous statement that doesn't ask for attention... it takes it.

The 1955 Chevrolet 210 Custom "Black Widow" was built with one mission: to dominate the street while still cruising like a king. Crafted by Pro Street Customs out of Orlando, this car was ahead of its time-blending pro street aggression with pro touring comfort before the term even existed. The vision of Jere Broedling, this build started with a clean '55 shell and turned into something that hits like a freight train and looks like a mirror rolling down the road.

Under that slick Jet Black skin lives pure violence-a 496ci big block breathing through Holley fuel delivery, barking through ceramic-coated headers and a stainless Magnaflow system. Rowing gears through a Richmond 6-speed manual, this thing isn't just fast-it's interactive, raw, and unapologetic. Built to be driven hard or shown off under lights, it does both without breaking a sweat.

The body is laser-straight, shaved, tubbed, and smoothed to perfection. No trim. No distractions. Just pure black reflection laid over hours of meticulous prep and craftsmanship. Sitting on a full Art Morrison chassis, you've got independent front suspension, coilovers, rack &amp;amp; pinion steering, and Wilwood 4-wheel power disc brakes-this car doesn't just go... it handles.

Inside, it flips the script again. Red and black leather interior stitched with the Black Widow emblem, custom console engraving, Auto Meter gauges, billet everything, Vintage Air, power windows, keyless entry, and a full sound system that hits just as hard as the motor. It's equal parts muscle and luxury-something most builds never quite get right.

And the proof? It's all there. Hundreds of build photos. Stacks of receipts. Every inch of this car is documented like a war story.

This isn't a build. It's a legacy piece. A street weapon wrapped in show-quality execution.

      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1957/listing/250895</link>
<description>$200,000 body off frame rotisserie custom build by Performance Car Craft. The look is amazing, I love the stance, color and wheels. Inside is first class. Under the hood......it's a knockout! It was finished in 2016. We have a stack of itemized invoices.

EXTERIOR: That black paint job's not going to lie, this car is laser beam straight. The panels line up beautifully, no rust or damage. You can read a newspaper in the reflection of the paint, it's like a mirror. There are some small imperfections. All of the chrome and trim was replaced. The vent windows were removed and custom smoked glass was installed. It's got a great stance sitting on 17 inch Boyd Coddington wheels. It's mini tubbed in back for the extra wide tires. Where's the rear license plate? There's a remote that flips it down below the bumper!

INTERIOR: It was gutted completely and was professionally redone. It was lined with Dynamat sound deadener. A custom console stretches front to back. There are four bucket seats all wrapped in leather. Custom side panels are covered in the matching leather. Headliner was replaced. Even the metal window frames were wrapped in leather. The metal dash was customized: the glove box, ashtray and holes were filled for a smooth look. It was painted slick black. It has digital gauges, and billet a/c vents. The console has a touch screen stereo system, there are speakers built in throughout the interior. It also has a Locar shifter, cup holders, power window and lock switches and the a/c controls. The front seats are power.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Oh baby look at what we have here! It's a 454 big block engine with a $7,600 Hillborn injection on top. Those stacks are old school cool! The front of the motor has billet brackets and pulleys, mini polished A/C compressor and polished alternator. It uses a hydro boost power steering and brake system. A big aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, a polished overflow tank, and a hard polished radiator hose keep it cool. I love those billet hinges; it also has an aluminum radiator support. The engine bay is painted high gloss black. There is certainly a wow factor when you open the hood.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid is painted and it has upholstered inserts. Inside is boxed, carpeted and upholstered. It as a master disconnect switch, the battery is behind the panel.

UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame and the entire chassis was prepped and powder coated silver. The front end is upgraded with tubular control arms, coilover shocks, rack &amp;amp; pinion steering. In back it has a four link system with tubular control arms, a pan hard bar and coilover adjustable gas shocks. Custom stainless steel fuel tank and stainless braided hoses. Dual exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. It has Wilwood drilled and slotted disc brakes at all four wheels. Looking up at the motor it has an extra capacity oil pan and a high torque starter. The transmission is upgraded to a 700R4 overdrive automatic. A custom drive shaft has a safety loop. In back is a Ford 9 inch posi rear end with 31 spline axles. The floors and braces look pristine and they're painted a high gloss black.

SERVICE: We inspected the car and fixed the power door locks, replaced the right rear window motor and tightened a door hinge.

I can easily justify adding 20 grand to the price of this one! You better buy it before I change my mind. I think it's a tremendous value for an amazing car!

Vehicles are displayed in a museum setting. Admission applies without an appointment and is refunded with purchase, including a one-year museum membership.

      <title>1955 Chevrolet Two-Ten Series</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1955/listing/242901</link>
<description>INTRODUCTION: Drop-dead gorgeous colors paired with chrome US Mags. Just 1,725 miles since a body-off, rotisserie restoration. It has all the right features-air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes-plus a 5-speed that makes it an absolute blast to drive.

EXTERIOR: The finish on this car is absolutely stunning-you can practically shave in the reflection. The body is laser straight, clean from the rockers to the roof, with precise gaps throughout. The doors fit so well you don't slam them-just let go and they click shut on their own. All of the chrome and stainless has been replaced, including extras like bumper guards, stone shields, and rocker moldings. The glass is crystal clear all the way around, and the weatherstripping has been replaced. It also features bright LED taillights and sits on staggered US Mag wheels-17s up front and 18s in back-wrapped in performance tires for the perfect stance.

INTERIOR: The interior is just as impressive as the exterior-the contrasting red is absolutely stunning. It's clearly a professional restoration with excellent fit and finish throughout. Down on the floor is fresh red carpet, matching mats and a 5-speed shifter! The door panels are custom, yet retain a classic look and feature new window cranks, handles, and armrests. The seats have been recushioned and beautifully reupholstered. The metal trim is painted gloss red, complemented by polished billet accents across the dash. It's been upgraded with a full set of modern gauges, a retro stereo, heat and A/C controls, and a tilt column with a Billet Specialties steering wheel. Overhead, a new red headliner and matching visors complete the look. Behind the scenes, it's been updated with a new wiring harness and modern push-in fuse panel.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: You better have your sunglasses on when you open the hood-this engine bay sparkles like a jewelry case. Power comes from a strong 350 V8 making about 350 horsepower, topped with a polished aluminum intake, Edelbrock carb with electric choke, and HEI ignition. A set of coated headers lets it breathe, while the front of the engine is dressed with polished brackets, A/C compressor, alternator and it features power steering. The valve covers, breathers, and air cleaner are all chrome, with neatly routed plug wires through custom holders. Even the power brake booster and master cylinder are chrome. It runs cool with a polished aluminum radiator and electric fan, and features a gel battery and upgraded wiper motor. The entire compartment is beautifully detailed and painted-show-quality throughout.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and in the jamb, the paint is finished slick just like the exterior. Inside, it's detailed to match the interior with a stunning red finish, fully boxed and upholstered for a clean, custom look. The carpeted floor adds a refined touch and there is even a CD changer for added convenience.

UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame during restoration, it's as pretty underneath! The frame and chassis components were powder coated, the floors are pristine metal and painted gloss black. The steering and suspension was rebuilt, upgraded with upper tubular control arms in front and air shocks in back. The dual exhaust sounds great and has polished stainless Magnaflow mufflers and polished tips. The brake system was rebuilt and upgraded with discs in front. The lines and e-brake assembly were replaced. The fuel system was replaced and the tank is gloss black. Looking up at the motor it is spotless and has a high torque starter. A 5-speed trans delivers power to a 10 bolt rear end with cruising gears and a chrome cover.

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.

CONCLUSION: When I bought this car, I loved everything about it-but I'll be honest, the colors are what made it a no-brainer. This '55 is absolutely killer, and it's guaranteed to get the attention it deserves wherever it goes.

      <title>1956 Chevrolet Two-Ten Series</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1956/listing/242844</link>
<description>Although the Tri-Five Chevy lineup may be one of the most fabled trilogies in the history of the autoverse, it often seems like the hierarchy isn't always in numerical order. While the '57 will always garner plenty of attention with its big fins, and the '55 has plenty of short-fin aficionados, one look at this 1956 Chevrolet 210, and it's clear that this car splits the difference between the two in a way only Goldilocks could appreciate. Decked out in a full red and white repaint, this clean two-tone two-door post will undoubtedly inspire plenty of double takes.

Inside, we find a restored stock-style vinyl interior with bench seats at both the front and back. Chrome dashboard trim highlighted by a 110 mph speedometer, complemented by an AM/FM/Cassette player, and the classic Chevrolet insignia and analog clock set in front of the passenger. Set up for air conditioning, though it is non-functioning at the moment, the sliding HVAC controls keep the simple things simple.

Under that signature steel hood, we find a clean engine bay highlighted by a 283 cubic-inch V-8 engine topped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, which feeds into a Winters intake manifold. A stock-style exhaust manifold feeds a true dual exhaust system that works in unison with an aluminum radiator and electric fan to create a symphony of small-block sounds. Power funnels through a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission before heading out to an old-school GM dropout style 55p rear end, ultimately ending up at a set of polished chrome US Mags wheels.

  HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Two Door Post
 • Full Two Tone Repaint
 • 283 CID V8
 • Edelbrock Carb

      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1957/listing/238016</link>
<description>First class ride! The fit and finishes are highlighted by the colors and stance. Of course, it has everything to make it a comfortable cruiser too.

EXTERIOR: This is the biggest reason I bought this car, the laser straight body! Really, I fell in love with the body, the panels fit precisely. I nerded out when the doors clicked shut just by letting go. The Patriot Red Pearl color is gorgeous and it has a wet, glossy finish. All the chrome, trim and weatherstrips have been replaced. All the glass was replaced too. It was just treated to a new a new set of Billet Specialties wheels and performance tires, 18s in front, 20s in back and extra wide.

INTERIOR: A perfect complement to the exterior: a very classy light tan leather and Alcantara upholstery. The door panels are sculpted real nice and have speakers integrated in them. The bucket seats have great bolsters and recline. You will be looking at a dash painted as slick as the body. The heater controls are updated to electric slides, it has a retro stereo in the factory hole and the shift indicator is updated for the overdrive. A lower panel was fabricated for the a/c vents. A custom console was also fabricated which gives some storage space and holds the power window switches. The rear shelf is custom with 6x9 speakers. Down on the floor is custom carpet and mats. Above is an Alcantara headliner. It's beautiful and comfortable in here!

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This has a GM crate Ram Jet 350 which was a special motor with a fuel injection that looked right out of the 60s with modern technology. It makes 351 hp, there no reliability like a GM crate motor! The front of it has a serpentine belt system with polished components. It has air conditioning, a modern power steering and power brakes. Out in front is a list of polished components that look great. It also has a trans cooler and a power steering color hidden behind the grill. The metal surfaces are painted slick finishing off this beautiful compartment!

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has been completely boxed and custom upholstered to match the interior. Even under the trunk lid is upholstered in Alcantara. There is light stain in the carpet floor.

UNDERSIDE: Body off frame restored in 2010. The frame is smooth and powder coated black. The steering and suspension were completely rebuilt, swaybars front and back were installed. The brake system was completely new and upgraded with disc at all four wheels, it has a custom e-brake. The fuel tank is polished like chrome. The exhaust has a crossover pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. Bottom of the motor is clean, has a high torque starter and chrome flywheel cover. The trans was upgraded with a TCI 700R-4 overdrive automatic with an aluminum pan. The rebuilt driveshaft leads back to a new 9 inch rear with back brace and posi gears. The floors under this car are so clean they are painted like the body.

SERVICE: We inspected this car closely and installed working reverse lights, serviced the air conditioning, adjusted the shift indicator, tightened steering wheel, fixed turn signals, horns, and dash lights. We calibrated the speedometer, installed swaybar link and replaced the rear rotors.

CONCLUSION: Yes, it is gorgeous, and you won't be able to handle the compliments. It was really meant to be driven. The motor, trans and rear were new for the maximum reliability. This was a meticulously built '57!

      <title>1955 Chevrolet Two-Ten Series</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1955/listing/216961</link>
      <description>1955 Chevrolet 210 2-Door Sedan

For consignment, a 1955 Chevrolet 210 2-door sedan packing a bored 327ci V8 and wearing a bright coat of yellow paint. This is a show ready car that could also use a bit of TLC to bring all functions into working order.

  Exterior
There's nothing more obvious than this car's eye popping yellow paint, a color reminiscent of John Milner's 1932 5 window coupe in American Graffiti but of course, shaped more like Harrison Ford's black 150 from the same flick. We've seen our share of '55's and can split down the middle those who paint the back panel an offset white or ivory and those who create a monochrome profile with a solid color, as this one does. The 55's have a great blend of body panels and polished metal, not too much, not too little. The Cragar SS wheels here add a nice augmentation to the metalwork and wear 70 series tires that add to the tall stance. It also has a pair of chrome exhaust tips that protrude aggressively beyond the rear bumper. This is a "post" car so the B-pillar sends a yellow column up to the roof to define the cabin area. Imperfections include some unevenness under the paint in a few areas, panel gaps that are good but not great, and some mismatched yellow, particularly on the passenger door.

  Interior
Patterned black velour covers the door with a soft to the touch skin that highlights the metallic hardware. This same material covers the split bench front seat nicely, with some compression on the driver's side but in very good shape, as is the backseat bench surrounded in this pleated patterned black material. A stock black steering wheel leads to a yellow framed dashboard and includes an added tachometer with matching yellow shift light. The arched speedometer looks original, and the bowtie stamped dash trim houses an AM/FM/Cassette radio and the yellow lower dash is sandwiched by a three gauge pod added under it. On the floor, a B&amp;amp;M shifter stands tall and black loop carpet covers the floor in fine fashion. The black headliner above has a circle hole but is otherwise in good condition and the trunk has a fitted rubber mat and spare Cragar.

  Drivetrain
We open the big hood to reveal a roomy engine bay housing a rebuilt 327ci V8, bored .030 over and topped with an Edelbrock intake and 4-barrel carburetor. Headers are bolted to the sides. A shift kit has been added to the TH350 3-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the rear with 3.36 gears. Power brakes are supplied here with discs in front and drums in the rear. The bay is super clean

  Undercarriage
Very clean and better than driver condition underneath with minimal surface rust and just residual drops of oil on pans and rear diff. The dual exhaust joins an H-pipe, then a set of stock style mufflers before heading straight back to those chrome tips. Coil spring suspension is up front and leaf springs in the rear.

  Drive-Ability
The 327 starts with a raucous rumble and rolls onto the test loop with authority and with good power. We note some slop in the steering but tracking straight is not a problem and the brakes do their job. Some of the things not operating include the horn, the reverse lights, the speedometer, odometer, and the tachometer. All other operational items on the car work as they should. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

Our consignor states the car needs a rear main seal and it's included with the car along with an oil pan gasket. He's also including a new rack and pinion, motor mounts, and other various parts. As is, this is a drivable classic with great presence and an engine that's had about 500 miles since rebuild according to our consignor. Take note Tri-Five nation, this is a sunny car with great bones and lots of work done that's ready for a new home. Will the sun set in your garage? Let us know.

      <title>1957 Chevrolet Two-Ten Series</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1957/listing/216431</link>
      <description>1957 Chevrolet 210 Station Wagon

For consignment, a 1957 Chevrolet 210 station wagon in what our consignor calls nice driver quality.  Meanwhile, tri-five wagons are among some of the most collectible cars of the era.  Yes, even the four door versions are red hot and here's one you can bring up to show quality or simply enjoy all the thumbs ups you'll get in its current state.

  Exterior
Charcoal Gray covers the body of the car and is contrasted by the Medium Blue Metallic on the roof and pillars.  White becomes the third dominant color as it occupies the fender wedge which crosses the door seam and on the Coker white walls which, by the way, have a mid 2021 date code.  While we're talking wheels, the gray painted wheels wear proper hubcaps and contribute to an original, period look.  No fat tires or mag wheels here, just a good, basic stance on stock looking shoes.  The chrome and polished metal on the car combine some excellent pieces that will need nothing with a few that could use some restoration and all of the light lenses are in great shape.  Fins wing past the vertical rear deck while at the opposite end, headlight brows protrude forward flanking twin rocket ornaments embedded in the hood, all over a massive front bumper.  Overall, the paint and body are great.  Imperfections include some uneven paint at a wheel opening and other areas, surface scratches, some flaky rust on the bottom side of the body, bubbling, chips, uneven bodywork in seams and other areas, and dings in the metal trim.

  Interior
A blue band of vinyl is sandwiched between two gray/tan panels on each inner door and has chrome hardware, a simple design all in good shape.  The front bench maintains that pattern in a vertical display and blue piping augments the design which is mirrored in the back seats, and everything looks to be in great condition.  A bit of patina on the awesome Chevrolet steering wheel, with horn ring, all leading to the body color dash dominated by three protruding gauges, backed by indicator lights, and joined by vent levers on the lower dash.  In the center of the stylized mesh dash panel is a Motorola AM radio next to a gold BelAir emblem in gold.  The flat dash continues on its way toward the door where it turns at the end creating a rounded edge.  The floor is covered with a high pile blue carpet not unlike what you'd find in a home and protected by Chevrolet rubber mats, while the vinyl walls of the footwell show some looseness.  The long headliner is also loose in a few places but otherwise in very good condition and fully intact.  A sea of blue carpet covers the cargo area under a nice detail of button backed bands of gray/tan vinyl.

  Drivetrain
Super clean, super simple, and simply orange is the 283ci V8 under the hood with a 2-barrel carburetor and a 3-speed manual transmission behind it, sending power to the rear wheels and 3.55 gears.  Drum brakes occupy front and back wheels.

  Undercarriage
Relatively clean underneath with some typical surface rust, a bit of sludge on the rear differential and knuckles, oil on the pan, flywheels cover, and transmission.  This is driver quality with zero invasive rust but with signs of potential flaking on the pinch welds under several doors.  The dual exhaust finds their way to stock style mufflers before exiting behind each rear wheel.  Coil springs are the suspension configuration up front and leaf springs out back.

  Drive-ability
Hop in fam, it's time to go on vacation!  Well, you wouldn't need a vacation to use this car back in the day, it was family friendly on a daily basis, especially if you had a big family like many did in the 50's.  Anway, the car rolls onto the test loop without complaints and the V8 propels the big wagon around with plenty of power, allowing it to track straight, hit corners with ease, and stop when need be.  We note the brake lights aren't illuminating, the speedometer and odometer are not functioning, and the horn is a bit weak.  Beyond that, everything worked as it should.  While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

The fender wedge, the hood rockets, the locomotive grille, and of course, the station wagon body style.  This is a winner any way you look at it.  If you want first place trophies, it's going to take some work, but if you want a nice driver that will get more attention than you could ever dream about with that Corvette of yours, plus you can take the family along on Main Street cruise nights or simple ice cream runs.  There are many future stories tied up in this car.  Are you ready to loosen the knot?

      <description>1957 Chevrolet 210 2-Door Sedan

For consignment, a 1957 Chevrolet 210 2-door sedan with its original interior and enough patina to warrant driving this car without worry, at least until you pull the body off the frame for a full restoration, if that's the road you want to take.

  Exterior
In classic 50's two tone configuration, this car is topped by India Ivory which repeats on the wedge, and the body is covered in single stage Surf Green. The large toothed front bumper and grille is an impressive array of chrome and metal and houses the bowtie, moved down off of the hood from '56. The torpedo accents are missing their rubber bumpers while two rockets inset on the hood replace the center jet of previous models. The chrome is good but the rockets are pitted and the rest of the car contains the same arrangement, most major components are in fine condition, smaller bits would benefit from restoration. The epic chrome lined tail fins are in good condition too. The paint suffers from discoloration on both sides, numerous small rust spots and bubbling, cracking paint, and chips. And we have no doubt this condition is often desired over a restored car because it's not only open to restorative interpretation but can be driven without the fear of scratching the paint. 15-inch Chevrolet Rally wheels carry the 75-series tires and look good.

  Interior
Authentic patterning in the cloth panel of the inner door confirms this may in fact be the original interior as stated by the consignor and there's a tear in the passenger door revealing the underlay. Other than that major rip, the door panels have patina but are in decent condition. The seats take that patterned cloth and surround it with green vinyl on the split bench front seat which has some detachment at the shell, some fading of the cloth, and several tears and holes. The rear bench fares better but shows usage while the sidewalls look good and are topped with a scalloped trim piece. Two-Ten is scripted on the center cap of the green steering wheel which leads to the two tone green dash, somewhat obscured by the tachometer that is mounted on the column, just in front of the speedometer which is flanked by a simple fuel gauge and temperature gauge. An AM/FM/Cassette radio veers from originality in the center of the dash as does the gauge pod under it. A square clock is embedded on the passenger side of the dash which curves around to meet the door beyond the A-pillar. A Hurst Indy shifter is floor mounted and the linkage is not booted but is surrounded by green loop carpet which shows some wear and age and while the headliner is intact, it does look tired. We note that the original column shifter arm is still present but is no longer connected. The trunk is completely uncovered and houses a spare and plenty of patina.

  Drivetrain
Under the massive hood is a relatively clean 327ci V8 backed by a Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission sending power to the rear wheels where it meets 3.55 gears. Drum brakes are found at all four corners. The 327 fits with room to spare in the big engine bay and provides easy access for service or upgrades.

  Undercarriage
Driver quality underneath with some surface rust in the typical spots and some residual oil on the oil pan but the rest of the drivetrain is dry. Dual exhaust encounters Dynomax mufflers before exiting via chrome tips under the rear bumper. Coil spring suspension is up front and leaf springs are in the back. The inner rocker panels do have some flaking rust and at least one patch and some surface rust on the seams of the door bottoms is seen but not yet invasive.

  Drive-Ability
As the 327 wasn't introduced until 1962, the engine is newer than the car and started up without complaints. She eagerly takes on the test loop and cruises smoothly, tracking straight and utilizing brakes with efficiency. Visibility is fantastic in these fish bowl Tri-Fives and the wraparound windshield and rear window help. The heater blower, clock, and radio do not work. All other functions including gauges, lights, horn, etc. work as intended. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

Here's a perfectly presentable 1957 Chevy that could use some TLC but would be a fun ride as is. And you don't think that big white wedge will attract some attention? No doubt about it. The truth is that a '57 Chevy in primer gray would get thumbs ups! It's got great bones, as they say, but survivors are almost as desirable as resto-mods in 2024. Happy Days are here again...be sure to contact the mall to inquire about this cool ride.

      <title>1955 Chevrolet Two-Ten Series</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1955/listing/211310</link>
      <description>1955 Chevrolet 210 2-Door Sedan

The Chevrolet Two-Ten, or 210, was the midrange model of the Chevrolet car from 1953 to 1957. It took its name by shortening the production series number (2100) by one digit in order to capitalize on the 1950's trend toward numerical auto names. The numerical designation '"210"' was also sporadically used in company literature. It replaced the Styleline DeLuxe model available in previous years. The Two-Ten was discontinued after the 1957 model year to be replaced by the Biscayne. The Two-Ten shared the wedge-shaped side trim with the Bel Air, but unlike the Bel Air, (which had the wedge filled with an aluminum trim panel), the Two-Ten's wedge was painted either body color, or top color with the optional two-tone paint package. "Chevrolet" in script was mounted inside the wedge.

If you are thinking about owning a classic Chevrolet from the mid 1950's, you know something you can hop into and go for a cruise down to your local McDonalds (it started in 1955) or just wasting gas cruising listening to Bill Haley and The Comets, or maybe showing off your girl's new poodle skirt, all in near showroom style, then this 210 will grab you and never let go. Nicely restored in 1998 and mostly in storage since, with only a few faults showing through, this 210 has lots of upgrades in the performance department. A worked big block engine, upgraded brakes, and oozing 50's charm this car is ready for you!

  Exterior
The recipient of a 1998 frame on restoration and bathed in turquoise with white, and it does not get any more Mid-Century Modern color-wise than this. Paint presents well with only minor evidence of inclusions and some cracking of the paint underneath, as does attached correct brite-work, badging, and chrome. This car oozes simplicity as the first version with its simple chrome grille, bumpers, and a streaking jet hood ornament that has flown its way to the end of the hood to announce the cars arrival into the jet age and yours at the drive in. Nicely done taillights, a lack of any fins, and wonderful stainless window trimmings and surrounds, add to the aura with the paint combo. We bottom out with 15" rally wheels wrapped in blackwall rubber.

  Interior
Step into the time machine Peabody and Sherman, as we open the door, we are met with styling right out of 1955 and all correct I might add. Broadcloth turquoise and white stitching upper panels in the door, bounded by square embossed white vinyl, then a little clearer broadcloth turquoise on the bottoms, and this is just the door panels! Moving our eyes inside we can see more turquoise stitched checkerboard and mix in a lot of pristine white vinyl for the bolsters, front and rear seats, and we are in true greaser/DA heaven. A black metal dash with the iconic twin eyebrow shaped fans house the speedometer, and passenger badging while in between the fan we note a bowtie perforated panel that houses the AM/FM/Cassette stereo. Mounted atop the dash is an AutoGauge tachometer and mounted down low are a pair of Autogauge gauges to assist with engine monitoring. A turquoise carpet floods the floors and presents with minor soiling and in the center is a Hurst Super Shifter. Above a stained turquoise headliner hangs tightly and is missing its courtesy light cover.

  Drivetrain
Under the hood, within the restored black engine bay, sits now a 454ci V8 making a consignor estimated 500hp! Within this block are flat top pistons, a Pete Jackson gear drive, Crane roller rockers, and a Cam Dynamics 575 lift 305 duration camshaft. It is topped with an 850cfm 4-barrel Holley double pumper carburetor and 1974 781 casting polished oval port heads. It's all blinged out with chrome valve covers, a chrome air cleaner assembly and a new AGI distributor. An aluminum case Borg Warner T10 4-speed manual transmission is bolted on the back of the mill and sends power back to a 12-bolt 3.55 Positraction geared rear axle.

  Undercarriage
Underneath we are met with a mixture of patina, black paint and some surface rust on the usual suspects. A rust-free frame supports the independent coil spring front and leaf spring rear suspensions. Disc brakes have been added on the front while drums remain on the rear. Heavily surface rusted exhaust snakes its way rearward from a pair of headers with matching surface rust and ending in chrome tips. We note a repair on the spare tire well and some invasive rust on the body hangers and rocker panels.

  Drive-Ability
This beauty fired right up and ran like a top. Fab neck snapping acceleration, bias free panic stopping with those power disc brakes, and good handling with no creaks or groans. All functions were working just great inside and out.

A really nice example with a tire frying powertrain, wonderful 50's interior and eye-catching paint. Turn the key, let out the clutch and rock and roll. Sweet...Vintage...Minty!

For consignment, a mid-range trim package of 1957 in the form of a 210 2-door sedan.  A clean interior and some 2 tone paint...it's now your chance to get into the Tri Five era.  Our consignor uses the words powerful, dependable, and solid to describe this old school cruiser and much of that comes from the HUGE list of maintenance and upgrades performed during his ownership tenure.  All new wiring and fuse block from American Auto Wiring, fully rebuilt suspension, a rebuilt dash cluster, new weather stripping, and a power brake upgrade just to name a few.  This car is so reliable that it could fall into the daily driver category, but you wouldn't want to do that, would you?   You Ain't Nuthin but a hound dog...

  Exterior
With light blue bathing the body panels we can see a few inclusions, bubbles, evidence of body filler and scratches on the finish but it's an overall decent paint job.  The chrome is showing as slightly tarnished all around, even for the wrap-around glass and "Dagmar"-less corners of trimmings for the silver grille.  Speaking of the glass, it's all highlighted by the crisp clean white painted roof that provides a wonderful contrast to the blue.  This car has the ever expanding trim spears as they move back the rear quarter panel, but no ribbed Bel Air inserts.  This takes its handoff from a trim spear in chrome that starts at the front quarter headlights.  I just love this exterior design with the chrome topped fins which drop vertically to form a crescent shaped tail light at the bottom.  Way down is a rear bumper, still nice but also slightly tarnished, and this has an inset oval back-up light on either side.  Chrome tipped dual exhaust peeks out from under the bumper.  This car has old skool kewl vintage 14-inch Ansen aluminum slot wheels and staggered blackwall tires on all 4 corners.  I'm all shook up!

  Interior
Long gone is the front split bench and now a pair of late model GM buckets clad in charcoal leather and a full black vinyl bench in back but slightly aged and wrinkled make up the seating for 5.  The dash appears to have the original gauges which have been fully rebuilt, and reside within a silver dash front with a full metal jacket black painted dash top.  The factory correct big black 210 badged steering wheel fronts this dash.  There is an aftermarket large tachometer mounted to the column so you can keep track of the rpm's and a trio of black face gauges in dash central to monitor other engine vitals.  The door panels are smooth black vinyl with shiny chrome cranks and a nice black padded armrest.  Black carpeting, in very clean condition floods the floors, and a Hurst T handle shifter reaches for the driver's hand from the hump.  Above is a stunning black vinyl headliner looking very 50's and pristine.  An unrestored trunk shows with splatter paint on the sides and a large black vinyl mat.  We note new weatherstipping for the trunk as well as the doors.  It's a hunk of burning love for me!

  Drivetrain
Residing now under the hood in this gleaming engine bay is a 350ci motor that our consignor states makes 250hp.  It has an Edelbrock intake and a Holley spread bore 4-barrel carburetor atop and a Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission on back with a 3.36 geared rear axle turning the tires.  Headers are on and our consignor notes that all the fluids were recently changed along with new heater and radiator hoses and a new water pump.  Don't be cruel.

  Undercarriage
All bathed in black with some surface rust peeking through with the frame and flooring remaining solid.  We can see the inner rockers and body hangers are showing with invasive rust in a few areas, but all are easily repairable.   A new fuel tank, lines and sending unit is on and now we see power disc brakes for the front, and power drums for the back.  Independent coil sprung front, and leaf springs with traction bars rear suspension are on back all rebuilt with new shocks, leaf springs, shackles, and control arm bushing .  Power steering has been added as well with all new components including the center link, idler arm and drag link.  A shiny Glasspack muffler equipped exhaust takes from the headers and releases the spent gases out the back.

  Drive-Ability
A wonderful cruiser with that perfect hot rodded 50's vibe.  It drives beautifully, has nice handling, good acceleration from the 350 cubes, and all working functions.

I'm not sure of the exact history with this car, but obviously it has been treated well by our consignor with tons of maintenance and mechanical upgrades.  All good though as it presents nicely in its mid-range 210 form.  Hey, it's now or never.

      <title>1955 Chevrolet Two-Ten Series</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/chevrolet/two-ten_series/1955/listing/211126</link>
      <description>1955 Chevrolet 210 2-Door Sedan

The Chevrolet Two-Ten, or 210, was the midrange model of the Chevrolet car from 1953 to 1957.  It took its name by shortening the production series number, (2100), by one digit in order to capitalize on the 1950's trend toward numerical auto names.  The numerical designation '"210"' was also sporadically used in company literature.  It replaced the Styleline DeLuxe model available in previous years.  The Two-Ten was discontinued after the 1957 model year to be replaced by the Biscayne.

For consignment a 1955 Chevrolet 210 2 door sedan.  This car has a newer 350ci V8 with a single 4-barrel carburetor and a Holley Intake.  Bathed in red, and 15-inch rally wheels you are ready to cruise or go to your local drive in!

  Exterior
Red paint adorns body panels that have some of them seeing previous repairs, some seeing rust and misalignment  in the gaps and the usual scratches and dings, some with rust underneath.  Overall the paint is applied thick in some areas and one can notice streaks and overspray.  The rockers have been repaired and there is some rust bubbling starting on them.  The car appears mostly like it did from the factory as to looks with the egg crate grille, jet age hood ornament, visored headlights and the back trim spear on the rear quarters.  Bumpers are shiny, and chrome looks to be in good condition.  Wrap-around glass is a nifty element to this year, and the cloisonné badge on the trunk is iconic Chevrolet.  Dual exhaust peek out from under the rear bumper and 15-inch rally wheels are on all 4 corners.

  Interior
Opening the door we are met with panels that are red and white and appear very 50's in their layout of the vinyl and chrome.  Inside bucket seats have been put in and these are in white tuck and roll and more late model in their styling with seatbelts.  A white tuck and roll vinyl bench stretches from B pillar to B pillar in back.  These chairs float on black carpeting in good but somewhat dirty condition.  There is now a center console between the buckets and it is a newer Oldsmobile version all be it showing its age.   The dash is original in its dual fan appearance, all metal and all red save for the chromed horizontal ribbed center stream that runs through the center.  The speedo glass shows some splatter on it from what I do not know., also below the dash is a trio of aftermarket gauges.  A well worn steering wheel with its chevron center posts is fronting the dash.  There is also plenty of wiring that is hanging below the dash.  Above is a white headliner that has some staining between the seams but it remains tight.  Overall lots of patina and wear for this interior.

  Drivetrain
Under the hood in a restored engine bay in red is a newer 350ci V8.  It is topped with a 4-barrel carburetor which flows fuel and air through a Holley intake.  On the back is a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission.  3.36 is the ratio for the rear axle.  All looking good with no corrosion or rust under here.

  Undercarriage
Surface rust in various stages of thickness abounds on this undercarriage.  Some oiling areas from the bottom end of the engine and the rear pumpkin have kept it at bay.  The frame has surface rust as do the rockers and wheel wells.  Headers and a Dynomax exhaust system allow for the big exhale.  Independent coil springs are in front and leaf springs are on the back.  Power disc brakes now in front and power drums in back.

  Driver-Ability
This car started right up and off to the test track I went in 50's exterior and newer interior style.  It runs nicely and handles well with no power steering and the brakes were good with the added power.  All functions were in working condition at the time of the test drive.

Overall fair condition with some paint issues, light rust on the seams, and a patina interior but it's newer.  The engine and bay are very good as is the running and driving of this throwback to 1955.
