The Cobra Jet was also equipped with a clutch fan and oil-cooler. With a compression ratio of 10.6:1, the factory Cobra Jet was very conservatively rated at 335 horsepower and 440lb/ft of torque. Based on available data, this 428 has been built for additional performance. It is now equipped with Edelbrock aluminum heads, Edelbrock Performer intake and Holley dual-feed carburetor.
