      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/mg/other/1959/listing/245225</link>
<description>Very clean Chariot Red 1959 MGA 1600 roadster. Has an upgraded 1800cc MGB motor that really gives this beauty pep to spare. Pictures really tell most but will add the motor and trany are better than expected. Tires have less than 1000 miles on them. The odometer says 29,000 but that is from a replaced one so true mileage unknown. Current owner bought this car from a guy in Indiana in 2012. Previous owner would build MGA's. It has been garaged since then. Has new battery, coils, plug wires, etc. As well as a recent oil change.Very nice MGA! <title>1994 MG Other</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/mg/other/1994/listing/223131</link>
      <description>1994 MG Custom

Hot rodding was a culture in which a car was taken and  basically stripped of essentials to reduce weight and add on a larger engine...RECORD SCRATCH!!!

And now for something completely different.  A 1994 MG in hot rod form.  Yes, an MG!  This creation, no.... amalgamation, no...I'm left scratching my head, build for lack of a better word, takes a perfectly good 1962 MG body, makes extensive use of a grinder and metal cut saw as well as beginner welding, adds on a Suzuki VI800 motor, throws in a single seat and creates the misadventure you see before you.  A car literally will take a mother to love, but it WILL generate conversation.  A shocking calamity Grommet!

NO TITLE-SOLD ON A BILL OF SALE ONLY

  Exterior
In typical hot rod form, the fenders have been stripped and the front steel of the original car has been discarded allowing us to view the VI 800.  A radiator was fashioned and floats upfront, and from firewall to the back end of the creation is pure rank amateur body cutting, re-welding of plates and most likely invasive rust heavily painted over in orange peel textured sky blue.  All panels are wrinkled and have been attempted to undergo repair as you can see under the paint.  A chrome windscreen frame resides atop the firewall and I can see the remnants of the convertible top frame.  13-inch MG wheels, one with a hubcap are wrapped with 5.20/5.00-13 rubber possibly from the showroom floor in 1962.

  Interior
This skate is truly a ride for one, with a single dry rotted bomber style bucket seat in the middle of the thinned down body.  You are surrounded by a blue painted steel frame for the floor, and upfront dark blue panels make up the simple dash.  A nice addition is the use of blue tape with markers labeling what may be important and essential idiot lights, the shifter to go reverse, and the key turn to start this conflagration.  None of the comforts of home are seen here but that's a good thing as it's all about weight loss.

  Drivetrain
Upfront is the gem of a Suzuki motorcycle 805cc V-twin engine which sports dual 1-barrel carbs pushing power to a direct drive system.  Careful don't get your finger caught in this spinning gear!  On the back is a 3.909 rear end, and some white painted dual open exhaust is on either side.

  Undercarriage
We see some lightly surface rusted steel throughout which remains unpainted even though that body had to come off at some point.  Front independent coil springs and a rear quarter elliptical leaf spring provides the ride.

  Drive-ability
Unfortunately I did not get to drive this creation, but I can tell you it runs but will need some extra TLC to be street legal AND get a title.  ( Simple stuff like head and  tail lights, wipers, signals, inspection etc).  While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

I'm the type of guy who walks into a room filled with poop and looks for a horse, as opposed to the guy who walks into a room filled with toys and cries because I don't know which one to play with!  That said, for the tinkerer who needs something to do, or the hot rod enthusiast who will truly have a 1 off, (way off), this is your car.  As our consignor states for the person who wants to show it off to the country.  The question is will they want to look?  And in my mind the burning question of WHY?

NO TITLE-SOLD ON A BILL OF SALE ONLY

      <title>1938 MG Other</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/mg/other/1938/listing/208801</link>
      <description>MG Motorworks SA Saloon-

The MG-SA Saloon is a right-hand-drive luxury sedan produced in Britain by MG Motorworks from 1936-1939. The SA was built on a Wolseley/Morris chassis with coachwork designed by MG Motorworks. The SA Saloon is known for its sleek design, advanced features, and impressive performance.

  Style With Bold Lines-

This MG features a stylish exterior, clean lines and a bold front grille. The interior is designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious driving experience with premium materials, comfortable seating, and advanced features. A total of 1,945 SA-Saloon models were manufactured, but only 524 were produced in 1938. In total, only 340 of all SA models were exported to numerous countries over the entire production cycle. Based on documents provided, it appears that this 1938 MG-SA Saloon was imported into the US in the mid-70s.

  Magoo The Show Winner-

The first US owners dubbed the Saloon 'Magoo' because of the huge headlights and completed the 4-year total restoration by June 1978. In the years following the restoration, this MG-SA Saloon is said to have been a National Show Winner in this country and in Canada. (Unfortunately, we do not have the dated documentation.) The Saloon was purchased by the current Charlotte owner in 1994 and has always been carefully maintained. Original British documentation provided by the owner includes:

MG-SA Two-Liter Sales Brochure Folder (1938) Motor Sport New York Sales brochure (1938) Sales Import Documentation folder (1938) Sales and Specifications Manual (1938) Factory MG-SA Workshop Manual (1938) Factory Spare Parts list for 2.0 Liter Mg (September 1939) Factory MG-SA Service Information binder (March 1936) Instruction Manual for 2.0 Liter MG. (June 1940) The Evolution of the MG-SA/Serial number sequence (October 1997) Numerous personal records by previous Owner Body By MG Motorworks-

The handsome body was built by MG Motorworks, framed with hard wood and covered with custom thin sheet metal to reduce weight. During the restoration the MG was carefully prepped and refinished in 'Cracker Crème and Brown'. (We believe the original color was simply black.) All chrome is virtually perfect. Accents include chrome bumpers, chrome windshield frame, 8" sealed beam headlights, fog lights and a stunning chrome grill. Handsome factory center-lock wire wheels mount 5.50x18" bias ply tires.

  Rich Brown Interior-

The handsome interior was restored to better than original. Reupholstered Autumn Brown leather seats are more comfortable than your Lazy Boy. The solid wood dash holds a full set of working Jaegar bronze gauges and the factory steering wheel can only be described as 'Ace'. Accents include walnut fillets, winding windows, sliding front bucket seats and sliding roof panel. Leather door panels and carpeting are in excellent nick. The whole interior space is stunning.

  Wolseley Morris Power-

The MG-SA is powered by the Wolseley/Morris QPHG 2300cc OHV pushrod 6-cylinder. The rebuilt engine is equipped with dual SU downdraught carbs. Output was rated at 75bhp at 4,300rpm w/6.5:1 compression. The electrical system is 6-volt with two (2) batteries stored in the rear. It is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. (This drivetrain produced a top speed of more than 80mph.)

  Brakes By Lockheed-

The chassis is fitted with manual steering and factory 4-wheel hydraulic brakes with 12" drums designed by Lockheed. Front/rear suspensions utilize half-elliptic springs and hydraulic shocks. A factory tool kit is also included.

This stately MG-SA Saloon is an icon - British history that will look amazing in your garage.
