      <description>1970 Plymouth GTX finished in In Violet Purple Metallic (aka Plymouth's name for Plum Crazy) paint with white vinyl top, black deck stripe, white side stripes, and the iconic 'Air Grabber' hood. This is a TRUE GTX powered by the NUMBERS MATCHING 440 V8 under the hood. That V8 is paired up with a numbers matching 727 Torqueflite auto transmission. Equipped with 8.75" rear end, tachometer, Protronics HEI ignition, and power steering. Chrome and brightwork in nice shape and shows well overall. Original hood pin and air-grabber hood car! Riding on the painted to match purple steel wheels with chrome center caps all on BF Goodrich radials. Seat belts intact in the front and rear with the exception of the over-the-shoulder belts. Stock AM stereo in the dash is inop but the Pioneer stereo installed in the glovebox is in working order.Horn, 3-speed wiper, tachometer, and aftermarket stereo all in working order. Clock is inop. White vinyl bucket seat interior with center console and shifter on the floor. Seat surfaces are in great shape! Flat black spoiler in the rear, great looking Mopar. Believed to be original miles at 50,000 miles - we cannot confirm due to age. This was rotisserie-restored back in 2006-07 and it shows. Great sounding, TRUE Plymouth GTX!
