      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/spitfire/1979/listing/251112</link>
<description>1979 Triumph Spitfire – Classic British Roadster 80,000 miles | 4-Speed Manual w/ Electric Overdrive | Clean Title | Runs &amp; Drives I’m selling my 1979 Triumph Spitfire, a charming little British sports car with lots of potential. I inherited it about 5 years ago, and while I don’t have a complete history, I do know the previous owner rebuilt the engine and put very few miles on it afterward. Highlights: Rebuilt 4-cylinder engine 4-speed manual transmission with electric overdrive (switch on shifter knob) Hardtop and soft top included Runs and drives well: Holds oil pressure, doesn’t overheat, charging system works Clean title in hand Needs: Tires (current set is worn, but I have a second set of brand-new spoked rims with tires available for extra) Driver’s side rocker panel is rusted and needs to be replaced Could use some love and finishing touches, but it’s a solid car overall Extras: Boxes of spare parts from the engine rebuild and other components Would be a great project for a British car enthusiast or someone looking for a fun weekend driver This Spitfire was truly loved by its previous owner, and I’d like to see it go to someone who will give it the same attention. I just have too many projects and not enough time. <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/other/1971/listing/250786</link>
<description>1971 Triumph Daytona 500 T 100 R DGM3187 VIN. EE23187. We bought this bike on Orcas Island and Andrew rode it back sightseeing on his way. 3 owner bike. From the seller his comments to us (The bike rides well and I used to use it to commute to work every day (when I didn't need a pickup to haul wood). The guy I bought it from on Lopez said a friend had it garaged since the 70s (he bought it from his friend late 90s) with 200 miles on it and that he bought it and put about 2000 on it (just on Lopez Island). I put the rest of the miles on since. I have had it for 6 years and have never had any issue with the way it runs. I had it garaged for the last 2 years because I was building my house, and when I added fuel this Spring, it started right up first kick and I rode it over to San Juan and spent 6 hours over there riding around and back. I have always drained the gas before storage and cleaned and retuned the carbs, plus change the oil every year.) Andrew had a great ride and says the Triumph ran and rode very well. It's a good looking bike. Has bar end mirrors. Ethanol free gas. The speedometer shows 6,923 miles and I believe that is probably actual miles but know way of proving it so selling as unknown miles. Recent new tires. Great for vintage riding.

      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/other/1935/listing/248521</link>
<description>1935 Triumph Gloria particularly striking example of the ‘G12’ Coupe. Of most appealing appearance in two tone grey with blue leather interior trim, this car was the subject of a painstaking restoration some years ago over almost four years, which resulted in a ‘Best In Show’ award at Hanbury Hall Triumph International Rally. The car remains in excellent condition and drives very well. There is a vast file of documentation, which includes copies of original sales brochures, numerous bills and photos of the restoration in progress. The car retains its original Surrey registration and a photo of the car with the second owner, taken in 1937. There are also photos of the car taken in the 1960’s and then in 1971 when it was discovered in need of restoration. Interestingly, there are apparently only four examples known to survive with this style of coachwork - this being the only 1935 model Coupe known. A rare opportunity to acquire a most interesting and stylish motor car. <title>1966 Triumph Herald</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/herald/1966/listing/246460</link>
<description>1966 Triumph Herald 1200 (Right Hand Drive) Just installed new spark plugs, distributor assembly w/ Pertronix unit, Lucas sport coil, Flame Thrower 8mm spark plug wires. It runs but carb will need to be gone through to be perfect. Will need to tow. I have for sale a running &amp; driving right hand drive 1966 Triumph Herald 1200. This is the only RHD Triumph Herald I know of for sale in Washington &amp; probably state side as well. As stated this is running &amp; driving car but I'd advise going through it before taking it out on long trips. I've only taken it out in town &amp; longest trip I've taken was from Arlington to Stanwood using only back roads. It's powered by the factory 1147cc engine equipped w/ a single down-draught Solex carburetor mated to a four speed manual transmission. Idles just fine but is a bit cold blooded to start. Runs through all four gears &amp; reverse without issue &amp; stops when needed from the four drum brakes all around. Brake hoses are advised to be replaced &amp; are on my list of to do's. Rust through spots are present in a couple areas, most notably floorboards, trunk (worse are), &amp; rocker. I have recently installed Gaz coilovers upfront &amp; 1' lowering block out back w/ matching Gaz shock absorbers, both of which have adjustable bump &amp; rebound via a knob on body of shock absorber. Also has new tires all the way around. <description>1974 Triumph Spitfire .Get ready for warmer weather in this fun little roadster. Good driver with unique red on black interior and classic wire wheels. Original paint is in good condition with some minor imperfections. Shows well from 10 feet away. Comes with convertible soft top and tonneau cover if you want to remove the soft top. Only mechanical issue is some play in the shifter which is a common issue on these cars, I purchased the replacement plastic bushing kit to fix it a while back but haven't installed. <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/spitfire/1978/listing/243978</link>
<description>1978 Triumph Spitfire. I had a great time restoring this car and it looks and runs great. It has dual carburetors and starts up easily. Everything on this car is manual, even the choke for the engine. It sounds like a little racing car because of the straight Monza exhaust system. It is a ton of fun to drive and it turns head everywhere you go. People love to wave and say they love the car. It is easy to work on since the entire front of the car lifts forward to give access to the engine. it has air adjustable shocks and the convertible top is in excellent condition. I have had it to several car shows and it has been a hit with the show goers. As far as I know it is the original engine and transmission. The engine has the twin carbs and the transmission has the overdrive. <title>1975 Triumph TR6</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/tr6/1975/listing/242962</link>
<description>In nearly any automotive segment, there are a select few models that have distinguished themselves as being truly timeless, and this 1975 Triumph TR6 ably represents one of them. Ever since the TR6 was released at the close of the preceding decade, it had gained accolades for its robust, muscular appearance and, as you take a look at this specimen, dressed in deep brown paint and showing nice, clean body trim, you'll see right away that those compliments weren't just hype. This is, simply put, a great-looking sports car. It remains in its original configuration, and for good reason. Why mess with aesthetic excellence?

The brown vinyl interior has that coveted, "driver-centric" appearance enthusiasts prize in a driving environment. Most everything inside these doors has likely been in place from the start and yet you'd have to look very closely to find any evidence of wear on the upholstery surfaces. They're in enviable shape, with no tears to be found and the bolsters on the front buckets ready to provide plenty of support during more spirited driving. The stock-style woodgrain steering wheel ties in perfectly with the panel spanning the width of the dash, where you'll find an extensive array of factory gauges in the instrument cluster, still broadcasting their readings through clear lenses. The factory AM/FM radio is on board at the center of the dash, and it works just as intended, as well. All in all, this interior features an impressive level of functionality for a car that's more than a half century old.

Beneath the hood, you'll find a decided advantage that TR6s offered over many of their competitors, in the form of a factory-correct 2.5-liter inline six-cylinder engine that yields both strong acceleration and a top-end speed that was downright impressive for its era. It's fed by a pair of Stromberg carburetors and teams with a 4-speed manual transmission that provides just the right "hands on" driving experience behind the wheel. An aftermarket cooling fan helps keep this British roadster from losing its cool, while front disc brakes bring it to a stop as promptly as needed. The TR6's fully independent suspension, another clear advantage this classic has over many of its rivals, yields a level of agility that becomes evident upon negotiating your very first hairpin turn.

  HIGHLIGHTS

  • FACTORY-CORRECT 2.5-LITER INLINE SIX-CYLINDER ENGINE

      <title>2007 Triumph Thruxton</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/thruxton/2007/listing/236821</link>
      <description>2007 Triumph Thruxton 900 Motorcycle

"This is a solid, reliable daily rider. It may not have the zip of any smaller Japanese four inline but the cadence of this twin is typical old school flavor. It pulls steadily from any gear and you can cruise comfortably at 20mph or at 80mph. If your objective is a relaxed but competent backroad peg scraper, this will do the trick". An owner's testimonial at Motorcycle.com

For consignment, a 2007 Triumph Thruxton 900 with a title verified 4 miles. Not five, not six. Four miles! This one has a few tasteful mods and presents as new.

  Exterior
Named for the racing circuit in Andover, United Kingdom, this Thruxton is dressed to kill in stunning two stage black paint on the tank, airbox cover, and apron, accented on the top by a checkered flag patterned stripe. The fenders are adorned in a contrasting coat of silver, a perfect complement to the rim of the chrome wire wheels, here 18-inch in front and 17-inch in back. The bike benefits from minor modifications including bar end mirrors, a Dart fly screen, and S.S. reverse cone mufflers. The black vinyl saddle is nicely contoured and supported by rubber coated footpegs below.

  Functionality
Thumb controls are contained in plastic housing and include both red and black switchgear inside of check textured rubber grips. The instrument cluster integrates white faced speedometer and tachometer in an aluminum bezel that includes an array of indicator lights, attractive, clean and concise. The bike has an electric starter.

  Drivetrain
The spotless powerplant here is an 865cc DOHC parallel twin putting out 69 horsepower and fueled through a pair of 1-barrel carburetors. A 5-speed manual transfers power via chain drive and disc brakes front and rear temper that power. Dual exhaust is standard and suspension includes a telescopic fork in front and dual shocks in back with glimmering chrome coils around them.

Revzilla.com wrote, "The Triumph Thruxton is not the fastest bike out there, or the lightest, or the most technical, but damned if it's not one of the coolest. With styling cues and lines cut straight from the 1970's, the Thruxton helped usher in a resurgence of the café racer in America.". Here's a chance to seize the opportunity you missed in 2007, to purchase an essentially new Thruxton 900 ready to rack up the miles under an enthusiast's tutelage.

      <title>1963 Triumph Other</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/other/1963/listing/236792</link>
      <description>1963 Triumph T100SS Motorcycle

"This model created a new evolution of sports machines which would last for eight years, (62-70), and was the first C class machine not to debut with the bathtub fairing. Instead the UK model had the new 'bikini' fairing, a separate chrome headlamp rather than the nacelle, and a slim front mudguard rather than the roman helmet design whereas in the US the fairing was dropped altogether. It wasn't until the 1964 model that the UK version lost its fairing." Tomcc.org

For consignment, a 1963 Triumph T100SS motorcycle showing 904 miles, but the true miles are unknown. This example presents in good condition but our consignor reports that some parts are missing and the bike will need restoration.

  Exterior
Triumphs slim design and fluted exhaust are distinctive, here topped with a tank in eye-catching Regal Purple over silver with the familiar Triumph font written across a mock grille treatment on the tank. Silver covers the fenders as well and includes a center purple stripe and our saddle is gray vinyl, bordered by black, and ringed with white piping and lower band. Chrome handles bars meet black forks connected to the black frame and a parcel grid is attached to the gas tank. No mirrors nor marker lights flank the headlight and none on the tail light either making the foot pegs the widest point other than the handlebars. The 18-inch chrome wire wheels appear to be in very nice condition as does the dual exhaust.

  Functionality
Hard rubber grips and chrome handle bar host minimal thumb controls while a speedometer and tachometer reside between the bars and headlight housing, itself embedded with the ammeter.

  Drivetrain
Here we have a 490cc air cooled four stroke vertical twin producing 34 horsepower, fueled via an Amal 376 monobloc 1-barrel carburetor and mated to a 4-speed manual that transfers power via chain drive. Drum brakes with 7-inch leading shoe occupy both wheels and dual exhaust flows from each side. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork in front and swing arm in back.

Famed motorcycle racer Don Burnett passed away last year and among his wins was at the Daytona 200 in 1962 on a race tuned Triumph T100 establishing the first win at Daytona for a Triumph. T100's were built in limited numbers so this second year example presents a fantastic opportunity for enthusiasts.

      <title>1973 Triumph Other</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/other/1973/listing/236786</link>
      <description>1973 Triumph Daytona T100R Motorcycle

"Moto marketers have never been shy about naming their machines for successful racing exploits and their locations. Winning the "Handlebar Derby" at the famous Florida course was perhaps the most prestigious victory of them all. So when Triumph racked up three wins in the 1960s with their 500cc Tiger twin, it was only a matter of time before the company capitalized on its successes. In late 1966, Triumph announced a new 500cc street sport bike based on the single carb T100 Tiger but fitted with a new cylinder head featuring shallower valve angles, splayed intake ports to make room for twin Amal Monobloc carburetors." Motorcycleclassic.com

For consignment, a 1973 Triumph Daytona T100R motorcycle showing 3,720 miles, but the true miles are unknown. This is in excellent original and unrestored condition with no modifications but will need some tic before you ride through town.
 Exterior
Painted components here are Cherry Red accented by white stripes on the fenders and on the tank, characteristic streaking scallops begin at the Triumph emblem and come to a point at the seat. The single stage paint is in very nice condition as are the tank badges, bordered in chrome. The black vinyl seat has a border as well, this one on the lower edge and this one in gold. Both the headlight and tail light are flanked with marker lights and also reflectors mounted to the side of the bike. Chrome wire wheels, 19-inch front and 18-inch rear, are accompanied by other chrome goodies including the dual exhaust, rear shock coils, upright handlebars, and of course, the headlight housing.

  Functionality
Hard rubber grips enjoy the presence of nearby Lucas thumb controls, and each shows a bit of patina. Indicator lights are embedded in the headlight housing just ahead of the tachometer and speedometer, both cleanly designed and easy to read. The gas cap is offset to the right on the tank and fixed foot pegs are down below for a single rider.

  Drivetrain
Presenting cleanly is the 490cc parallel twin, rated at 40 horsepower and fueled via dual Amal 1-barrel carburetors. A 4-speed manual transmission transfers power via a chain drive. Brakes are onboard as front disc and rear drum and suspension consists of a telescopic fork in front and swing arm with dual shocks in the back.

When the Daytona was introduced, Cycle magazine wrote, "Nothing but good may be said of the Daytona as day in, day out sporting transportation. It is a fantastically comfortable bike. Starting is a snap, for it fires very willingly. Add to all that the obvious quality of materials and care in workmanship and you have a lot to like". Here is an opportunity to secure this race inspired bike, one you've likely coveted since becoming a motorcycle enthusiast!

      <title>1972 Triumph TR6</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/tr6/1972/listing/236302</link>
      <description>1972 Triumph TR6 Roadster

For consignment, a 1972 Triumph TR6 roadster showing 88 miles, but the true miles are unknown. The Triumph TR6 was designed by the German coachbuilding company Karmann, not by Giovanni Michelotti, who designed the earlier TR models. This bright yellow example is sure to turn some heads and raise some eyebrows!

  Exterior
It is two stage Jasmine Yellow that pops off of this classic British sports car covering its handsome shape with a vibrant energetic hue that could be moving while standing still. It is offset by the rear fascia which is fully black with exception, of course, of the three colored tail lights and shining chrome bumper. Two sizable exhaust tips also wear chrome and extend in tandem past the bumper. The yellow is also pierced by the TR6 emblems on the rear fenders which includes the Union flag. 15-inch wheels include red TR6 hubcaps and polished trim rings to complete the classic look and the typical configuration of single round headlights fronts this sports car and a black canvas top completes the attractive package. Imperfections include some paint chips, rough surfaces at a rocker seam, and uneven filler and paint also down low.

  Interior
Black vinyl door panels finish the inner doors nicely and include a tight pocket map, an advance over the loose, pleated versions of earlier cars. The black vinyl bucket seats are in very nice condition with tuck and roll inserts surrounded by robust cushioning and an integrated headrest above. Behind them, a small package shelf cleanly covered with gray carpet. The three spoke steering wheel fronts a wood dashboard housing a number of tidy round gauges and a toggle for the wipers. Black knobs line up in the center of the dash over the AM/FM radio which shares its casing with the shifter on the floor. The dark palette continues with black carpet on the floor and black rubber Triumph branded mats on top. Gray carpet covers the floor of the trunk which is finished with black vinyl paneled walls.

  Drivetrain
The engine bay is very clean and houses the 2.5 liter inline six with 2 SU carburetors and rated at 104 horsepower. A 5-speed manual sets the bright car in motion and sends power to the rear axle and 3.80 gears. They managed to fit a small brake booster under the hood and it assists the front discs and rear drums.

  Undercarriage
The knuckles and wheel components are very clean, while the underside does have some oil present including some drift from the pan. There's some typical surface rust and some of the flaky stuff on the inner rocker panels. We also note some welded fortification on the frame. Headers begin the exhaust process which flows through a single pipe and stock style muffler before sending twin tail pipes and chrome tips out back. Suspension consists of coil springs front and rear with semi trailing arms included in back.

  Drive-Ability
We could drive 100 of these and never get bored! Good power, great handling, and the feel of nimble quickness are the characteristics of the TR6, although this one suffers from a slight miss in the engine. But turn-ins are fun, tracking is straight, and visibility is very good. We note the odometer is not working but other functional items operate as they should. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

Twenty one TR6's have passed through our halls and with the exception of those still on the showroom floor, all have found new homes. But out of those 21, only one other was yellow. We think it's a great color for the car, exciting and eye-catching. Don't you want to be seen in this classic sports car? Of course you do! This is a great little Brit. Now finish your tea and crumpets and register your interest today.

      <title>1974 Triumph TR6</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/tr6/1974/listing/231945</link>
      <description>1974 Triumph TR6 Roadster

For consignment, a 1974 Triumph TR6 roadster with a title verified 63,186 actual miles. Under ownership of our consignor, this car has been sorted with rebuilt suspension including new shocks and springs, a new steering rack, and rebuilt half shafts, head, and differential. The car will come to you with receipts for work performed.

  Exterior
Handsome indeed is the TR6, here in French Blue paint, named for the French military of the 1800's whose blue uniforms were a specific shade created with indigo dye. It presents as original here with a lack of luster and quite a few imperfections, as we'll note. Meanwhile, the shape of the car reminds us of an English Bulldog, square shouldered and soundly footed, the bumperettes providing the dog's underbite's protruding canines. Those bumperette appear on the back bumper as well under the straight 3 color tail lights and decklid equipped with a chromoly luggage rack. The 15-inch wheels and 205/70R15 tires provide lots of ground contact for a car this size and the tires are fairly new, with a date code of early 2022. The black canvas top and its three plastic windows are in good shape. Imperfections include cracking paint, areas of rust including some holes, some of which show repair efforts.

  Interior
The black vinyl door panels and their map pockets are in good shape and our tour of the interior starts on a high note. The stitch patterned black vinyl seats also present nicely, cushioned well and topped with small headrests. A touch of patina on the three spoked wheel leads to the wooden dashboard, here showing peeling of the polyurethane in places and housing all original gauges and switchgear, a tidy arrangement of everything the driver needs to see without searching. In the one piece plastic center console, there is an AM/FM radio and as it turns to the floor, the wood handled shifter with rubber boot. Naturally, there is patina on the handle and the Triumph logo is intact, while black carpet surrounds it and Triumph branded carpeted mats sit on top. Speakers are mounted in the carpet lined footwells and the carpet also nicely covers the package shelf behind the seats. The boot, or trunk as we say, is clean and contains a carpeted mat.

  Drivetrain
The bonnet, or hood, opens forward and reveals a driver quality but generally clean 2498cc inline six cylinder, rated at 101 horsepower and fueled by dual Zenith Stromberg 1-barrel carburetors, and they both shine like new. A 4-speed manual transmission sends power to the 3.80 gears in back and power brakes are onboard as front discs and rear drums.

  Undercarriage
The combination of new and old is striking when you see the glossy black rebuilt rear differential mounted in a car with some patina around and an underside that's definitely been on the road. There's quite a bit of fluid back by the transmission, drifting back onto the exhaust, which is a dual system that flows through a stainless steel muffler, just before exiting via twin pipes. The A arms look fresh and so do the shocks attached, while the rest of the suspension consists of coil springs in the front and coil springs and semi-trailing arms in back. We note rust on the inner rocker panels.

  Drive-Ability
Always up for an adventure, it's the British roadsters that often deliver so much. Nimble handling, spirited engines, and fully engaged driving. There's no lane assist or traction control here, it's you, the shifter, three pedals, and a steering wheel and it requires your input to experience boundless fun. This car does not disappoint and the cherry on top is that all functional items available operate as they should. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

There are no clear patterns at Classic Auto Mall, but one thing we can say with confidence, the Triumph TR6, regardless of overall condition is a consistent seller and there seems to be a never ending line of buyers who desire this handsome and now somewhat legendary British sports cars. Yes, this one needs some TLC but can be driven and enjoyed the day you pick it up. So, if you're in line, check your deli ticket, because we're now serving number 7712. Step right up.

      <title>1972 Triumph TR6</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/tr6/1972/listing/230810</link>
      <description>1972 Triumph TR6 Roadster

For consignment, a 1972 Triumph TR6 roadster showing 22,284 miles, but the true miles are unknown. TR6's have quietly become hot sellers at Classic Auto Mall. Every single one that we've represented has found a new home, and we hope to keep that streak alive with this one, the first '72 model we've hosted here in our Hallowed Halls! This well sorted car has had more than $3,000 worth of maintenance done in 2021.

  Exterior
We've seen them in just about every color and this one presents nicely with a coat of dark maroon. It's unmistakable TR face begins with the wide set round headlights, here missing their trim rings, bookending a rather narrow grille over ambler marker lights and a wrap- around chrome bumper. Of course, the TR6 denotation is in the center. There's a distinctive squareness to the tail, rectangular tail lights over the wrap around bumper and upturned quad tailpipes for some aggressive sportiness. The 16-inch Panasport wheels also contribute to a more forceful stance, here with a slight lift over the rear wheels. A black canvas top is in good condition with one small tear, but clear windows and the only other imperfection is a touched up area at the top of a wheel opening.

  Interior
Black vinyl lines the doors with simple panels and map pockets and stylish bucket seats are also dressed in black with sporty patterned inserts and smooth side bolstering. They are in near perfect condition save for an unfortunate tear on the driver's seat where the upper meets the lower. The wood rimmed steering wheel presents vertically to the pilot, framing a wood backed dashboard and a simple array of gauges, large speedometer and tach in front, operational monitor in small circles to the right. The glove box fits like a puzzle piece in the wood and it's all framed in black plastic that cascades down and just past the horn button is the shifter, a wood handled affair with a black boot in the hard plastic casing, and other than some patina on the handle, all presents clean and tidy. Black loop carpet floods the floor topped by Triumph mats and the cargo area also benefits from carpet coverage. A surprisingly roomy trunk is clean and has a fitted carpeted mat.

  Drivetrain
Refurbished and presented cleanly is the 2.5 liter inline six cylinder under the hood, rated at 104 horsepower and fueled by a pair of rebuilt Zenith Stromberg carburetors. It's mated to a 5-speed manual transmission from a 1974 Toyota Celica and power is routed to the rear wheels with 3.80 gearing in the axle. This car has disc brakes in front and in back. Pop the hood, this engine bay and its newer aluminum radiator is nice enough to show off!

  Undercarriage
Minimal surface rust and just a touch of oil is present in this clean underside. Headers lead to the dual exhaust running in tandem to the back, where they split off and flow through stock style mufflers before ending with dramatic, upturned exhaust tips. Suspension consists of coil springs up front and semi-trailing arms and coil springs on the independent rear suspension. The knuckles are spotless and along with the CV joints and axles, have some newer parts.

  Drive-Ability
It's easy to see why these are so sought after. In the world of British roadsters, the six cylinder provides quite a kick in comparison and moves confidently through our test loop, surefooted on 215/60R16's and benefitting from the 2021 work. The only item we find not working are the tail lights. All other items check our boxes and operate. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

In a weird twist of near fate, the last TR6 was produced on July 14, 1976, just ten days after the Bicentennial during which we celebrated our independence from England. Well, it's time to reunite and do so with this venerable Triumph TR6. Well sorted and collectible, this car is ready for patriotic Americans to take the wheel and declare your own fun filled independence. That said, we're not against repatriating this vehicle and sending it to Great Britain if the buyer resides in the UK!

Classic Auto Mall is home to more than 1,000 classic and collectible vehicles for sale via consignment in a climate controlled 336,000-square foot showroom (that's more than 8 acres!). The largest single location consignment dealer of classic and collectible vehicles in the country is located in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, just 1-hour west of Philadelphia off Exit 298 of the I-76 Pennsylvania Turnpike. For more information visit www.classicautomall.com or call us at (888) 227-0914. Contact us anytime for more information or to come see the vehicle in person. There is no guarantee of mileage. A $299 Dealer Administrative fee is not included in the advertised price.

With so many great cars, you know we have a lot to talk about, and we do that each week on the Classic Auto Mall Podcast with host Stewart Howden. <title>1976 Triumph TR6</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/tr6/1976/listing/214318</link>
      <description>1976 Triumph TR6
The Triumph Motor Company was first founded in 1885 and originally began producing motorcycles but in 1923 manufactured their first car. The company went through a lot of changes over the years being acquired by Leyland motors, then the British Leyland Specialist Division until it became dormant under the Rover Group which is currently owned by BMW. The TR6 is a sports car they manufactured in England and although production began many months earlier it was released in January for the 1969 model year. They were sold in the UK but over 80K of the 91,850 produced by 1976 had been exported to the US. They fed right into US market providing the go to vehicle for those Americans wanting a small 2 seater sports car with the British flair. This cool TR6 was produced in that very last year and is a great driver. The car is painted in a Dark Green and wears all of its original bumpers, trim and that TR6 British flag. It has a Black cloth convertible top that is in good shape and it comes with a Black boot cover that snaps into place. The car sits on its original wheels with TR6 center caps and are wrapped with Michelin tires.
All TR6s were sold with the Triumphs 2.5L straight 6 engine. It has a pair of Stromberg Zenith carburetors and starts up well. It is combined with a 4 speed manual transmission that shifts smoothly.
The interior is all in good condition and done in Black. It has stock bucket seats with headrests and 3 point seat belts. The dash features its woodgrain trim which is in good condition. It is topped with a lot of the original components but the gauges are a mixture of Smith gauges and aftermarket iequus gauges. The trunk of the car provides additional storage and houses the original spare.
This is a neat classic sports car and based on its VIN it is within the last 2,700 TR6's ever produced. It comes with a few extras like various service manuals.
Add it to your collection for $18,500.00!

      <title>1971 Triumph Stag</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/stag/1971/listing/211686</link>
<description>For consignment, our owner purchased the car in 1972 as its second owner, and made use of it through graduate school and beyond.  What a fantastic car to have in graduate school!  The mechanicals are all up to date and consignor states if any parts are needed they are readily available as new or rebuilt parts in Philadelphia from a Stag Club which is very active.  This car presents as overall very nice.  Here's to you Mrs. Robinson!

  Exterior
A double edged pointed spear like styled grille trimmed in chrome and supporting dual headlights and a triangular orange signal light in either corner leads the way.  A nice shiny bumper with vertical push bars is on below and all this adds up to give the car a unique look.  A center badge of a prancing Stag is noted on the grille.  Steel is very straight, gaps are nicely managed, and it is bathed in red paint which shows nicely and is a factory matching respray with no rust or inclusions but does show some dings and scratches.  The unique feature of this convertible 4 passenger car is the addition of a B pillar just behind the driver's door that becomes the rear base for what is a top structure.  The front support being the windshield surround in polished chrome.  The top structure is black texture coated steel.  This was deemed necessary for structural rigidity for the car and support for the rag top.  The top is back canvas and moves up and down easily by hand.  No T insert panels are necessary or available even as an option.  The top folds neatly down into a space behind the rear bench and a wide chrome trimming surrounds this area of the tonneau covering.  So if it spits and you need to wear your Wellies,  just put the top up and you are "covered".  On back the mid 70's Spitfire-esque styling continues with another double pointed edge spear, edged in chrome complete with matching spear shaped taillights that slightly wrap around to the rear quarters.  Another bumper with vertical push bars is nice and sleek and wraps around the quarters as well and a marker light floats just above.  Some very light beginnings of chrome pitting are seen on this bumper.  14-inch cast aluminum wheels are on with a center hub badged with a stag.  Jesus loves you more than you will know, Whoa, whoa, whoa.

  Interior
Sleekly styled deep saddle leather door panels sporting sloping downward long armrests and a shiny actuator along with a front mounted pouch greet us upon entry.  Nice high and wide overstuffed luxurious bucket seats with some tuck and roll inserts and smooth bolsters all in the saddle leather, make up the front passenger's chairs.  For the back, a curved and undulating rear bench seat is in and offers up room for two more, albeit tight on the legroom front.  Gold carpeting floods the floors, (I believe this to once be more brown but has lost some of its color and now is gold).  Upfront a walnut veneer wood dash front houses the quintessential black faced Smith's gauges.  There is a gaggle of these circular gauges and air vents are round as well making it look similar to a 747 cockpit.  In the center is a Pioneer AM/FM/Cassette radio, temp sliders with an ash receptacle which dives downward and seamlessly meets up with a console that has a ball topped shift lever and power window toggles.  A wood insert is surrounded by padded black vinyl on the sides.  In front of the passenger is a glovebox and an eyeball vent in the corner.  Overall the dash is slightly dirty and could use a good detailing but fully functional.  Heaven holds a place for those who pray..Hey, hey, hey.

  Drivetrain
Looking quite industrial, very clean, and cast metallic we see the 2997cc V8.  It is fed from the top with dual 1 barrel 175CD carbs that are tilted on an angle with wide cast intake tubes snaking their way into the mill.  TRIUMPH badged valve covers and a silver cast air intake covering are also seen.  On the back is a 4 speed manual transmission from the factory.  The rear axle is a 3.70 designation.  All is looking good and clean, no corrosion but slight paint chip off on the shocks tower supports on top.

  Undercarriage
The ribbed floor pans and framing is solid.  Dual tubular exhaust is snaking its way through to the back for a dual driver's side exit.  Independent suspension is all around and power front disc brakes are upfront and power drums on back.  Factory stock style mufflers are in the center flanking its way around the driveshaft, floor pans, and X frame.  No rust, just some more paint chips off and even some factory red overspray.

  Drive-Ability
A quick starter, smooth idle and taking off is no problem as is running at cruising speed.  Good handling and braking were experienced.  The top goes up and down easily and is in very good like new condition.  I owned a Spitfire and this is like driving a high end version.  Where have you gone Joe DImaggio? our nation turns its lonely eyes to you, Woo, woo, woo.

A very nicely preserved original version of the Stag owned since almost new from our consigner who cared for the car, and alway had it inspected and maintained.   Snap it up! And despite its name it can be for the female population too!

      <title>1970 Triumph Other</title>
      <link>https://www.hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/triumph/other/1970/listing/211230</link>
      <description>1970 Triumph TR5T Trophy 500

The motorcycle you're looking at represents the swan song of the original Triumph company, based in Meriden, England.  It is the last gasp of a company that had gone from world leader in the late 1950s and early 1960s, to financial insolvency by 1974.  What a shame, considering this is perhaps one of the finest motorcycles ever produced by the British motorcycle industry.

For consignment, a classic English built bike from 1970 in the form of a 11,925 title verified mile Triumph TR5T Trophy 500.  This bike is adept as a trail bike and a road bike and nimble on both surfaces.  It was completely restored in 2008 and since that time has a mere 290 miles clocked on it.  Read on mates!

  Exterior
Telescoping forks traverse a 19-inch wire spoked wheel wrapping a 3.25x9 rubber tire and a front drum brake.  The forks end in the handlebars which reach for the rider and this is a feature known for the Triumph ride.  All controls are working and within reach.  As the rider looks down upon the circular sweep speedo they can see the large chrome bezel headlight in front of said speedo.  Also, a bit lower is a chromed front fender.  Moving our eyes downward, we can gaze upon the dual purple painted tank in a curvaceous structure and the chromed fuel filler cap.  It sports the Triumph badge and looks great on all surfaces.  A vented black leather punched seat with smooth bolsters has room enough for two, but the bike is known for riding better with one.  Just below another chromed fender, and a swing arm with Girling shock absorbers and another drum brake within a wheel in wire showing as 18-inch form and nice deep tread rubber wrapping it in 4.00x18 size.  Dual chrome exhaust are on each side and these have chromed seamless mufflers in the pipes.  Cracking toast Grommit!

  Drivetrain
The engine, which just gleams below the tank is nicely restored to original.  It is a factory 490cc V-twin with an Amal 26mm concentric carburetor.  There within is a drilled chromed air cleaner to filter the breeze entering the intake.  The bike has a 4-speed transmission and is driven by a chain..if it don't break! "YOU'LL BE THE QUEEN OF MY HIGHWAY, MY MOTORCYCLE MAMMA, WE'LL SEE THE WORLD ON MY TRIUMPH"...unless I'm on it in the dirt, (you could say then if you can read them back of my T shirt the bitch fell off, BUT I didn't say that).

This bike rides like a dream, ridden by our professional rider and I had to pry him off!!  All working and all look great.

Yes there are your Harley fans and they are ubiquitous.  Now is your chance to own a true classic from across the pond from jolly old England and in the good years when all the previous problems were ironed out.  It's purple, it's shiny, it's restored and it's ready to go and show, so hop on and turn the throttle.  What's ya waitin' for me droogs?
