We're heartbroken for the owners  of the stolen cars mentioned this week on the site, and we're working on a story filled with tips to keep your vehicle safe.  Have your own advice? E-mail us!  In other news, the past few weeks featured big events for speed freaks - both the NHRA New England Hot Rod Reunion and the Goodguys 3rd Speedway Nationals.  We have great coverage from both events on the site thanks to our terrific roving reporters, and a terrific story on a restored 1950 Mercury that played a prominent role in the movie "Grease!" Plus, reporter Roger Jetter and his brother took their love of hot rods to the great white north and toured with their Canadian bretheren. We'd love to hear more about your fall and winter plans, so feel free to e-mail us at [email protected].
