The muscle car had its chance to become part of the broader American landscape a few years ago and get mailed into history. Now, hot rods are also getting their day with a new set of stamps featuring the '32 Ford "Deuce" Roadster to honor the customization and celebration of cars and car culture.
Designed by Derry Noyes of Washington, DC, and digitally created by artist John Mattos of San Francisco, the stamps will be officially unveiled to the public at a First-Day-of-Issue dedication ceremony at the National Street Rod Association (NSRA) Street Rod Nationals East Plus in York, PA. They are already available in booklets of 20 stamps and may be
purchased at usps.com/stamps for delivery after June 6.
