The Volare and Cordoba suspensions have proven to be a viable budget front suspension over the years, but share a common problem with ride height. To get a low stance, the torsion bars need to be loosened so much that suspension travel suffers, causing a harsh ride thru bottoming out. It was a great group that assembled at the landmark Auto Books and Aerobooks in Burbank, CA for the Harrell brothers book signing last weekend. It’s A New Book About Hot Rod History HARRELL ENGINES & RACING EQUIPMENT: Jim (White) Harrell & Nick Harrel ... a great time was had by all as they reminisced and shared stories with younger rodders.
