We ALWAYS stop at junk yards and field car finds... and we sometimes stop at antiques shops... little did we expect what we found when we stopped at an antique shop in Rigby, Idaho

The Volare and Cordoba suspensions have proven to be a viable budget front suspension over the years, but share a common problem with ride height. To get a low stance, the torsion bars need to be loosened so much that suspension travel suffers, causing a harsh ride thru bottoming out. I purchased my first car for seventy five dollars from a graduating high school senior when I was fifteen, a 1928 Model A. It looked terrible and needed a lot of work, and my dad wasn’t too happy about it – it didn’t look too nice in the driveway of our beautiful house.

Wheels of Time SRA puts on one of the best events in the country every August.  The Wheels of Time Rod & Custom Jamboree in Macungie, PA has something for everyone.  They have raised the qualifying years to 1969 so there should be a lot of great muscle cars as well as the fantastic street rods that always show up.
