This is a time of year when we all sort of look back at the year gone by and plan for the future ... and here at Hotrodhotline.com it’s no different. We reflect on what we have done and plan for the future. In looking back at the past year, we are really just amazed at the growth we have seen, and how much our readers have become a part of our “community” and our publication. Just a few “Fast Facts” about Hotrodhotline so far in 2011 for you. 1) In 2011 Hotrodhotline had 1620 Event Coverage Articles with literally Hundreds of Thousands of Pictures. Our show articles have from 100 to as many as 1000 photos in each article. 2) In 2011 Hotrodhotline had over 185,000 PAGES indexed with Google search. 3) In 2011 Hotrodhotline published over 2130 Articles 4) In 2011 Hotrodhotline grew to include 220 Business Advertisers 5) In 2011 Hotrodhotline grew to have 1.5 Million Banner Ad Views Per DAY 6) In 2011 Hotrodhotline had 11.5 MILLION car ad views 7) In 2011 Hotrodhotline had articles and show coverages submitted by over 200 contributors. WOW... that looked pretty good to us ... looks like we have a tall order if we are to beat these records in 2012 ... so what’s next ? Well.... In the next month we are implementing a whole new look and new software that will help us deliver even MORE content to you even more quickly. As technology changes, we are dedicated to be on top of it all, and be able to offer you all of the features you want and need. All articles will be searchable and all will remain archived as they are now but will be easier to access. We are also adding more and more professional writers and photographers to bring you news and tech information. So stay tuned as we try to make 2012 even better. And we also want to THANK YOU .... it’s because of you, our readers and our friends, that we are able to achieve so much .... and we appreciate each and every one of you.

Petersen and co-founding benefactor of Southern California Petersen Automotive Museum, passed away peacefully at her home in Beverly Hills, Calif. Fatman Fabrications A dropped spindle can be the best way to lower the stock suspension on a hot rod, maintaining full travel while tucking the tires into the fenders. 	The Ambassador of Americana, Charles Phoenix celebrates how we decorated, dressed up, dined, and drank during the holidays in the 50s and 60s with his Retro Holiday Slide Shows, slated to take place at the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum in Pomona, CA on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m.. 	The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association closed the 2011 season on a high note with the 1st annual Fall Del Mar Nationals at the Del Mar Fairgrounds north of San Diego over Thanksgiving weekend. The first time event attracted well over a thousand cars and a bustling holiday weekend crowd.


		The Thanksgiving spirit was enhanced by a toy drive which produced over 2,000 toys for the needy children of San Diego County. In addition, over $2,500 was raised in support of the Camp Pendleton “Wounded Warriors” detachment. The nationwide Wounded Warriors Project is a program designed to raise awareness and to enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members, to help injured servicemen and women aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet their needs. 	RetroPower started out more than 20 years ago in Liberty, Texas as a father and son “quality time” project. We finished our first car even before the boys had a driver’s license. The boys drove Camaros and Chevelles to High School that they built and still drive custom built hotrods to this day. Read more here
