Sept 4 – 6, 2015
Story and Photographs by Roger Rohrdanz
The 33rd Annual Great Labor Day Cruise was presented in Costa Mesa, CA. on September 4 thru 6. The weather was very warm, but nice cool evenings. Over a 700 classic cars gathered, and car friends that may not have seen each other for a year, reunite for 3 days of cruising around the 2 mile cruise route, good food, visiting with old friends, making new friends, checking out some of the vendors offerings, and generally relaxing. Friday night was movie night, “GREASE” was playing in the O.C.Promenade. Things to do during the event included, Vintage Trailers, Model Car Contest, the super cool Wagons Gone Wild, and the big 50/50 drawing. 30 awards were presented to deserving cars.
This year the Great Labor Day Cruise is supporting the Warrior Foundation-Freedom Station. They strive to be the leading force in assisting and supporting the military men and women who have so bravely served and sacrificed for our country.
Thanks for the Show!
