SSG ALEX VIOLA MEMORIAL CAR SHOW

What a perfect day for the 6th Annual SSG Alex Viola Memorial Car Show…Presented by American Airlines held in the Town Center of Keller, Texas.

The car show benefits the SSG Alex Viola Foundation, established by long time friend of 39 years Frank Viola to honor his son Staff Sergeant Alex Viola from the U.S. Army Special Forces, who was killed while on active duty in Afghanistan.

By 5:30 AM, they started to arrive - cars, trucks and bikes. The crowds started to fill the square with wall to wall people and all the adjoining lots with over 350 cars, the best in the DFW area and beyond. Could not top the FLY OVER'S and the live and silent auctions, and Art Schling and friends doing his brush magic in the pinstripes gallery.

This year event raised over $30,000 dollars day of the show and TOTAL of $100,000 after calendar and t-shirt sales !!

The Alex Viola Foundation (www.ssgalexviola.org) provides support for fallen and wounded special operations service members and their families. Each March, the Foundation presented to the Green Beret Foundation and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
