The Petersen Museum Announces New Partners and Judges for Car Week

The Petersen Automotive Museum has been at the forefront of virtual experiences. They recently announced additional partners and its list of judges for Petersen Car Week Presented by Michelin. The event will be August 12-16, 2020, among the happenings  will be a virtual series of events that will premiere as hour-long episodes several times per day on the Petersen YouTube channel. Events will include garage tours, drives, iRacing, auctions, vehicle unveils and events with user-submitted content. Each day will be hosted by two different moderators and include commentary from a panel of prestigious industry judges.
The Judges that were announced for Petersen Car Week Presented by Michelin will include: Bobby Rahal, Aaron Weiss, Beau Boeckmann, Bill Warner, Bruce Meyer, Craig Jackson, David Lillywhite, David Sydorick, Doug Demuro, Franz von Holzhausen, Fred Simeone, Freddy Hernandez, Gordon McCall, Jay Ward, Jim Grundy, Leslie Kendall, Lyn St. James, McKeel Hagerty, Peter Mullin, Phillip Sarofim, Stewart Reed and Wayne Carini.
“Adding to the excitement of the week, we’ve partnered with industry leaders, classic car events and several major manufacturers to bring the world’s largest automotive event online,” said Petersen Executive Director Terry L. Karges. “We can’t wait to work together to bring the spirit and allure of Monterey to the screens of car enthusiasts around the world.”
Petersen Car Week Presented by Michelin has added an array of strong partners, including The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, Donut Media, LEGO, BMW, Gunther Werks, Concorso Italiano, Xing, Future Collector Car Show by, HRE Wheels, Grundy Insurance, Goodwood, and San Marino Motor Classic. Current partners also include Michelin, Bonhams, Bring A Trailer, McCall’s Motorworks Revival, Exotics on Broadway, Sonoma Speed Festival, The Torque Show, O’Gara Coach and Porsche Club of America.
