Big Al is a fixture around HotRodHotline.com. He represents the site at numerous events all over the country, as well as being the voice for the Frantic Ford Funny Car and Super Camaro nostalgia race cars.
But Al's passion for hot rods goes photography and promotion, however. He's a hands-on enthusiast, and his current car, the Ferree Coupe is proof of that. Not only is the car a classic beauty, but this1932 Ford Five Window Coupe has a documented history from original purchase that's rare in a '32.
Originally belonging to a New Jersey judge who'd flown south to Florida, the vehicle was purchased by Frak Ferree in 1957. He owned the car until 2004, installing a Chevy 327/350 with a 2B carb and manifold and repainting the body. No trailer queen, the Coupe travelled between Florida and California, making a stop in Bonneville and took regular trips to North Carolina.
In 2004, the car changed hands several times and a tri-powered carb and manifold was added along with a new interior before finding its way to "Big Al" Liebmann in 2015.
