This is a 79 Z28 pro-street camaro better known as the Gas Monkey Garage ( Sweet Revenge Camaro). It had been sitting outside in the weather for the past 6 yrs and never started or cared for. The paint has been sun burnt very badly as you can see but interior was like brand new. It was given to me as my gold watch when I retired in lu of cash. To be honest I thought I got screwed but come to find out when I stopped by a premier hot rod and restoration shop for a paint estimate my mind changed. They told me the car has a history and not to paint it just put a good wax on it. In addition they said the car was worth $50k the way it sat on trailer before I had done anything to it. He also said he couldn't build the car today for less than $200k. I do know it took 2 yrs to build. It is a professional built Pro Street, Blown 800hp without using the 2stage nos. Race 3spd auto 3500 stall and trans brake. Anyways, I got the car home changed fluids, fuel lines, radiator hoses,new gas and battery that was it. This car was at one time a trailer queen and never seen the asphalt at 18266 miles. I have done nothing more to the car then mentioned. It is my daily driver (only car I have) and have put over a 1000 miles of trouble free fun on the car in less than a month. Great car but need to sell $20k.
